CammyI like Bryonsi's suggestion of an e-mail with a link to this thread! we do have a board for Vendor reviews in which you are free to post honest reviews of vendors. Obviously, if it's a bad review we would hope you had done everything to contact the vendor and sort the problem out first. But, IMO there is no point in having a 'Vendor review' Board if only good reviews are allowed!

Time for an update... Sent a further email to the vendor on Friday morning and still hadn't heard anything back by Friday evening... As a last ditch effort I contacted them via their web contact form on their website at about 8pm on Friday night. Two replies on Saturday morning - about 5am, it seems that there was a problem with my emails not being received by their server and the first instance the vendor was aware of my predicament was from my contact via the web form. I have since received my order via first class special delivery this morning and along with it there was an extra bottle to compensate... Fantastic customer service - now I have an extra bottle of my favourite juice to enjoy and my faith in the vendor has been restored... The juice... Jack the ripple, the vendor... tjnige at t juice. Quality eliquid from a reputable vendor - I'm sorry I ever doubted them... Thanks a lot for rectifying this mate.
