anyone got tattoos? if so what are they?

I have an eagle on my arm that I got while on leave from the army in 1976, I wish I had never got it and sometimes even get turned away from pubs in Newcastle if I'm wearing short sleaves. I like tattoos but wish I had got mine further up my arm

I admire many tattoos I have seen but haven't got any myself.

The only reason is I get quite aggressive when there are needles of any size (or indeed any pointy objects) coming in my general direction. :-[

I nearly knocked out a dentist on one occasion when he wouldn't reschedule for gassing me and insisted on an injection.

I'm a bit better now but still wouldn't be able to get ink, I tense up really badly even when they use small needles and I end up bruised (muscle tensing round needle = broken blood vessels). ???
I would possibly murder a tattooist if I spent all that time near a pointy needly thing !

That's a shame Tyne and a bit small minded of the watering holes in question . . . I'd thought the likes of David Beckham had made them 'establishment' friendly.

Poor you Verey, I've always loved watching the needles used on me for any medical procedures, strange I know.

What a very useful quirk to have though! Think of the stress you've been saved What with that and your predilection for organising packages, you actually get pleasure from stuff that would clog others' arteries over time

I have 2 on my stomach (a bit messed up after having a baby) 1 of a bat on the left and one is chinese lettering that says blood sucking evil the closest japanese translation we could find for vampire.

On the bottom of my back I have vines and a pentagram with my initials worked into it with a rose on one side and a lily on the other, this was done in memory of my grandma.

On my left shoulder I have a cartoony robin with devil horns for my daughter Robyn.

Don't know, I couldn't see them lol I know they look awful know, all the lines blew out on them. I have pics somewhere of how they used to look so will post if I can find them lol

Really well it's 7-8 years old now and it still looks fantastic, never had to have it touched up. Was well worth the 1hr 30 of sitting there watching Mars Attacks while I had it done lol
