E-cig Retailer burgled overnight (Wolverhampton)

The Wolverhampton branch of 'Puff in Peace', a Totally Wicked retailer was burgled overnight.

Thieves entered the property through the cellar and cut a hole in the floorboards.

They made off with £800 in cash and stock worth £6000.

While i totally condem this type of crime - maybe tw can understand how some of their customers feel now!

The reason they didn't take more was their torch illuminated that wallpaper at the back and made them feel nauseous.

Well just spent the last hour reading up on past events..... Very curious...and a little bit....sad. I still don't know enough to form an opinion just yet. However, I will say that, this is the first (and hopefully only) 'internal politics' issues within the vaping community. Everyone I have come across in the vaping community has been so helpful and the community itself shares a kind of bond (you know, the kind of one that bikers have when they nod to a biker coming the other way).

Its a gathering of like-minded people that DON'T need Government approval (yet anyway), Bankers intervention or many of the other big commerce 'evils' of today. Its made up of ordinary people, young and old, boys and girls, from many different backgrounds, who have come together because they have achieved what many here thought was impossible. They have managed to STOP SMOKING, when every other method has failed.

Politics should always be left at the door.

You are right, y'know when bikers nod to one another, they are part of a brotherhood, same as vapers. Yet when bikers get together, there are factions that don't agree, yet they will come together in the face of adversity, same as vapers.

It's crazy, yet it's the same (ish). Vapers are just as bloody minded as bikers, maybe more, as they rarely meet in the flesh, lots of keyboard warriors. Yet also, lots of honest down to earth people.

Politics is troubling the vaping community, unification is winning under the EU directive and long may it continue.

I have visited this vendors other shop in Walsall and can honestly say they are lovely people.I feel really sorry for them,and will be going down again on thursday so will pop in and see how they are doing.At the end of the day they are just TW resellers and don't know anything about what happened on the forums,the girl was shocked when i told her.These scumbags are totally out of order,it doesn't shock me though as we are talking about Wolverhampton here :DI would never buy anything from TW directly but it isn't fair to tarnish the resellers with the same brush.It was nice for me to visit an actual vaping shop and has got me motivated into looking into setting up my own shop in Cumbria.

C'mon guys, it doesn't matter which products it sold, the fact that the shop was done over is appalling. Hope the owners are covered on their insurance, and the coppers get the scumbags who did it.


Time will tell, but the people who sell cheap "back of a lorry"/EU import fags must be high up on the suspects list, I would think......
