Interesting visit to the Doctors this week.

I don't go to see my Doctor very often, about twice a decade on average.
I went with a persistent ache in my hip, which I don't think is anything more than the aging process
but was persuaded to go by my wife.
He checked my blood  pressure while I was there and it turned out that for the first time in my life,  it was spot on.
EVERY single other time over the last 50 years I have been told it is a little high!
One nil to Vaping.
We also chatted about the problem of weight gain when giving up smoking, as I managed to loose 15Kg (33lb)
last year I am also happy to report that it has had absolutely no effect on my weight. I'm planning on dropping another
5kg or so later this year to get me back to where I was thirty years ago.

Great stuff!

I sat in my car last year and vaped solidly for 5mins before getting my blood pressure checked. Instead of it being on the high side of normal, it was on the low side of normal

I have a photo in a box somewhere of me, back in my cycling days, standing next to a metal fence and it is hard to tell where the fence ends and I begin.

These days I could stand next to a Pillar Box and you'd be hard pushed to say where the Pillar Box ends and I begin!!!!
