Welcome Jake. Even with the Riva kit, don't throw away any used Skycig cartos you might have. They can be re-filled and the Skycig then makes a useful backup. Also they have the same thread (510) as the Riva so you can use them on your new batteries too Do you mean to say that skycigs still work a few months later?  Yes, mine do |

As already stated both Cartomisers and Clearomisers have their merits in their own right.
I'm another who would say buy an Evod if you are going to buy an additional clearomiser. Very good clearomisers indeed.
