Hello from a newcomer

Hello from a complete newbie,

My name is Tony, I live on the Kent/London border and have been smoking for over 20 years. Not at home or at work, funnily enough, but like a chimney when at a social gatherings
such as down the pub 3 nights a week.

A few mates are wishing to give it up as well as me, and I went for the wrong option which was a trial offer of a very cigaretty looking vape at a few pounds cost.
As I have subsequently seen mentioned on this site the b*ggers tried to sting me into regular monthly payments which were not in their advertising blurb.
Luckily I spotted this when they sent me a e-mailed invoice which prompted me to cancel my credit card so they could take no more than the original fiver paid.

So my first step towards vaping was a bad one and although the little e-cig pack that I have received works ok, the treachery has left a bit of a bad taste.
Also I have now briefly seen what weird and wonderful gadgets/accessories/flavours are out there in a world I know nothing about........yet.

I am therefore hoping that some kind folk on this site can point me towards some decent vaping equipment (which doesn't have to look like a cigarette) that will not involve me in
dubious contracts of any nature.

I do have a few quid to spend but am happy to keep it simple(ish).....................but how complicated can this stuff get?

You'll also need juice. You could get samples www.vapeescape.co.uk/5ml-samplers-%2818mg%29~368 to see what you like. If your mates are getting stuff too, you could try different flavours. If you are wondering, the RY4 is a sweetened tobacco - popular flavour. But if you are trying to match the flavour of your fags you'd do better with www.ok-smokey.com/e-cig-liquids/e-liquid-20ml.html I wouldn't buy anything from them except juice though.

Vapeescape are a good supplier. Run by a bloke called Jason - ring or email him if you have any questions or problems.

We always say that there are no silly questions, only silly answers, but "how complicated can this stuff get?" is definitely pushing the envelope. Any other questions, just ask - we like to help.

As above. Buy your stuff from Jason at Vape Escape. That is where I buy all my stuff and he is a good geezer.

I get my tobacco flavoured e-juices from Paradise Vape and there are 2 pages of these here.

Like others have said above the Riva Kit will serve you well and with care will last a few years. Just be aware that certain bits are consumable and wil need to be replaced/maintained on a regular basis.
