4 weeks in & my 1st thread

Hi all

Well 1st off what a great forum this is with soo much helpful threads for a beginner like myself.

4 weeks ago my I bought my 1st e cig (e-lite) from a local garage to try & help me kick my 10 year habit of smoking. I really liked the idea & everything about the concept of the e-lite which is what brought me here but after 2 weeks & a lot of reading on this forum I decided to order myself the Riva 1100 kit from vape escape (best £35 I have ever spend, thanks very much Jason if u see this).

Over the last 4-5 years all I smoked was menthol analogs which I think made the switch so easy, my only regret is I never heard about vaping sooner. So far ive went thru about 20mls of vape escapes own 24mg menthol, I love it :-) also have a bottle of 18mg liqua menthol from the same vendor but I think it doesn't get close to the satisfaction I get from his own brand. I have bought a few other juices from a
other vendor for when I get abit bored off my menthol but just can't really take to any off them :-( Choco/caramel almost make me sick lol the ry4 & vanilla didn't do much 4 me either but the strawberry wasn't bad & is nice 4 a wee change at weekends etc.

Well if I haven't bored you too much by now I have just took the next step & ordered everything I need for making my own juice (vg base nic from jonboy on here ;-), few bits from lt ecigs & eBay so can't wait to get up & going making my own menthol :-D I will report back with how I get on lol wish me luck. Can't believe I am at this stage already & it's without doubt because off the helpful posts all over this forum. Thank u very much every1 & happy vaping

Let's hope so, just filled up with menthol. Now time to sit & relax in front off the tv (smoking/vaping in the livingroom without the better half slapping the head off me for smoking in the house lmao)

I feel for you having "been there and done that" with the e-lites. I'm sure things are going to be spot on with a Riva kit!

I enjoy tobacco and menthol flavours. I also have a whole double-sided case (like a tool box/bits and bobs box) with plenty of fruit and sweet vapes too. I vape a lot of homemade menthol (well, not a lot exactly these days 1.5ml) and it's luverly.
