Mixing question-how much vodka ?

I want to mix a juice for a friend who prefers high pg and throat hit but my nic base is vg (already diluted). I was thinking that maybe I could put some vodka in it to give it some throat hit, but I have no idea what sort of percentage of vodka to use. Any help or ideas that anyone could give me about this would be much appreciated.
