All about signature link

Hi all,

I've made a simple version of the All about banner to use in your signatures on other forums. All you need to do is right click the picture and save it to your computer, then follow the instructions on whatever other forum in regards to uploading it.



For ECF you'll have to edit your signature after you upload it so it looks like this.




That will link back to this forum.

How to use this on ECF.

1. Right click the banner in my first post at the top of this page and save the image file to your pc.

2. Go to ECF and sign in.

3. Click on 'Settings' at the top of the page, between Profile and Log out. Then on the left side of the screen click on Edit Signature.

4. Click the button by the red arrow (see pic below) and find the image you saved on your computer.

5. Click the button by the purple arrow (see pic below) to upload your sig. Then click the Insert Signature Picture.

6. Copy this code into the Edit Signature box.

7. Click save signature.

8. Done!?

Try it again starting from the beginning. I changed the picture as I think the file size was too big.

Lee, I did mine OK with earlier this afternoon with your original file size

Well it should work ok now, I think. I have about a gazillion images of different sizes and colours of the All about banner now! Need to do a bit of PC hoousekeeping.

Another option is to copy the sig banner to your computer and save it as a .jpg file.

Then upload it to your signature page on ECF, using the name that you saved it as.

You can also make it a link to the All About, by highlighting the banner and then click on the add link icon. Put this in the box that appears, allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/index.cgi and save it.

Now, when anyone clicks on your banner, a new window will open on their computer, with the All About's Main page.
