I dont think Ebay have caught on to what they actually are, anything to do with tobacco/nicotine products is banned I think. It`s a pity really, can you imagine how prices would plummet if you could get all this stuff on Ebay? lol genguskhan

I'd be very wary . . . they may not all be genuine articles either.

A number of the Chinese Wholesalers ' dabble ' in a variety of products, so that's not unusual Gengus.

Lithium-ion batteries are prone to lose up to 80% of their potential if left for a period of time without any charge in them. When re-charged they will may only last minutes instead of hours and therefore any Lithium-ion batteries lying in a drawer should be charged every couple of weeks to keep up their chemical balance. This is what I was told by an engineer friend who uses these types every day.
Old batteries lying on a shelf awaiting a new owner could just give up hope of every finding a new home and grow old and weak, wait a minute while I wipe this tear from my eye. Along comes a new guy on the block with a fancy swivelling bottom and bigger muscles and it's hasta la vista to the wee guy!

Good point, I also read somewhere that it is actually beneficial to these batteries to charge then when they are half used up. You dont have to wait for them to need a full charge.

grab your 10 kilo steel key and run to the hanger and open the 120 foot doors, get the generator on full pelt and painfully insert ALL the batteries into their chargers immediately or it's doomsday. Probably wont hear from you for a week, which is disappointing for us all, but this is mission impossible so get up from your PC and get going now!!!
