Ok so I've finally been doing full time vaping and not had a cig for 2 days, but don't feel like I'm in a very good mood! Originally was smoking 2-6 cigs a day then vaping the rest. Decided to try full time again, but can't say it's always easy!!!

What strength are you vaping. I also found the opposite I am definatly a happier less moody non-smoker/vaper

After about three days I broke out into a sweat getting rid of all the chemicals, don't forget it's not just nicotine your addicted to. I felt weird and weak for about 24 hours but after the sweaty event, great! Haven't looked back! Chris.

Yeah I def have a high nicotene, I'm on 24mg at the minute, was fine yesterday. I run out of my tobacco juice that goes with my menthol, so I'm not really enjoying it today, thankfully am getting it tomorrow, so might feel differently. I've got cigs in my bag, but haven't touched them. Just determined to see how long I can go, will maybe smoke when I go out drinking. I've joined the gym recently too, so am determined to get healthier

Lozzy you are doing fantastic especially if you are out of your favourite juice. hang in there chain vape if you need too and dont beat yourself up if you have an odd cigarette. Hopefully tomorrow when the juice arrives you will be a happier vaper

Almost three months in and I'm still getting a lot of catarrh etc, but then I was a 40 plus years smoker.

Oh wow, how long did everyone take until the cravings for real cigs go completely?

Since I had my last analogue on January 17th, I can honestly say I've had no cravings whatsoever.

Yeah it's more of a habit isn't it, when I'm walking to work after the train, I really crave one, just because I'm used to having it then, same when I get up in the morning and after food. Don't know whether it's just a routine that you try to break.

I got down to 1 cig in the morning with my coffee and I was stuck at that for a couple of months. Then I said that I should just stop it. So I did, I'm fine now but I used to enjoy smoking, so it did feel like I lost a friend and just having one a day just gave me that friend. The funny thing was when I said no more and just vaped in the morning I didn't miss my friend at all

Oh really, well if things get too on top of me I will allow myself just the one, think I'm doing really well so far. Like I said I was only smoking 2-3 sometimes none, then I had to put my cat down, so started smoking more, but I never since have smoked like I used to. Now I'm feeling a bit better thought I would give it another go.
