I was going to order for the first time from you a 12ml bottle but when selecting normal shipping it added £3.00 WOW thats a high postage charge compared to my usual vendor Vapology whom i just had 3 x 20mls delivered for £1.00. I stopped the order straight away, i think you need to tailor your postal charge to how many bottles/size a customer orders, theoretically my order was going to cost me £7.89 for a 12ml bottle of e-liquid (not a chance im ordering that even with the code it's £6.67 which is extortionate price for a 12ml bottle. I know you do free shipping over £49.99 (lol) but a first order of e-juice aint going to come to that kind of price, because i want to try it first before i order that amount. The bottles are not boxed so these can be posted large letter at a cost of 90p which is what i have just used to post some out to a member for

i dont know if you are aware of the postal changes in price .

we sell quality 12 ml bottles with tamper evident and child proof caps . before the postal prices went up we was offering 99 p postage on all e liquid and paying £2.70 everytime it was over (in most cases it was to big or over weight 100 grams now its upto 750 grams wich helps in weight but not size ) thats £1.70 extra per parcel - 100 parcels = £170 loss in postal costs that was impossible to carry on with the new prices .



please see this picture it shows how much room is left for packaging as you see not alot of room left over .

We are currently working out the best plan for our postage and please be assured we will offer the best deals that we can but i am sure its not been easy for any vendor to price up postage on small items .

Please tell me what it is you are intrested in i will just send it out to you is that fair enough ?

we are here to supply our customers with quality E-liquid and products and will always do our best on postage prices .

Also thats free delivery worldwide over £49.99 and some have cost us up to £14.99 for international signed for.

A very fair offer from you Callum, I hope Richo pops back to take you up on it. It must be a real headache for yourself and other Vendors trying to pitch postage prices so you're not losing out massively all the time.

Hi Callum, i was going to buy and try the Absinthe. I cant argue with what you have stated and offered, i know how difficult it must be since the royal mail price changes, i just wanted to post what my experience/reaction was when i was going to buy a bottle of e-liquid, but when postal charges were imho high i just stopped doing the order, i am relatively new and only use one vendor for my juice and was just going to try another but when your use to £1.00 postage (that may change) it adds a lot to the price. Seems like enough room if you used an ordinary envelope (no bubble) not all bottles need to be snugly wrapped, adding to the thickness. thanks for your full and detailed answer it is much appreciated

If you pm me your addy and the mg strength i will send it out to you .The unpadded envelopes are just too fragile the bottles would be minced meat by the time royal mail delivered them (and if you imagine our winter this year some parcels were really water damaged but protected by the lining of bubble wrap ) . thanks again

I ordered 4 bottles of very tasty juice in this 25% off sale, was charged £3 for postage, they arrived the next day, postage paid on envelope was £3.
You can't expect suppliers to subsidise postage (packaging was free), vendors offering free postage have to recoup postage costs in the item prices and will make a loss on single item orders.
I much prefer to see true prices, it's much easier for me to compare.

I've order from lots of places. Vapoligy. AC, pixie, alba, VE and postage of £3 seems absolutely fair to me.

Vapology just had very very cheap postage.

i wonder if some one can work out a way of packing them in sealed bags instead of bottles would fit in an envelope then
so you just cut the corner off and fill your bottle
