Looking for some advice.
Selling my phone and going to be using some of the cash to buy a new mod.
Between the above three which would you go for and why?
I love the gadget aspect of the eVic. Looks good. But are the tubes as bad as everyone says? Most posts have members replacing the tubes. I don't really want/need the extra expense of having to do that.
The innokin SVD, I'm in the 'wow that looks good' camp. I absolutely love the look. Reminds me of Doctor Who's sonic screw driver, and well, I'm a geek lol. But hear mixed reviews, some saying built quality isn't good. Plus side it comes with a few i30's which I could stick in the classies and make a few £ back. Thus making it cheaper.
The tzmax. It just looks stunning. SS, simple and beautiful.
Anyvape CV1. I have one of these I got from Robby in the classies. I really like it. So could get another. Built quality is good but doesn't feel 'solid' like the vamo etc.
So, of the above, which would you get and why?

Jerri I think I'm right in saying you could just buy an evic control head and use your CV1 tube on it?

I really likeing my Evic, its been in constant use for about three weeks. there is nothing wrong with the standard tube, mines now sporting Siam SS tube and caps and looks and feels a bit more special, but not needed.
Bought mine from Bargainvapor who offer good service and some good prices!
Not used any of the others so can't comment.

Unless someone has tried all three, how can they choose?

I voted for the Tzmax because I have ordered two in the latest co-op buy.
I have no experience of any of the rest.
However I already have a Zmax and love it.

I've gone for the SVD - Was sold on it's looks and think it's right up there with the best VV/VW mods out there
The Evic is the beginning of a new breed of PC connectable mods. I've just got a feeling that there is more to come from manufacturers as they poach the good bits and improve on the Evic.
TZMAX - Looks good too (So I went for the Ehpro one in the coop)

I have voted for eVic obviously i have one and it vapes like a train. Plus points: it's firmware upgradable so the manufacturer can improve or add features like they already have done with the 1.2 firmware release. it shows you everything you need to know at a glance without going deep into a menu eg: atomizer Ohms, battery level etc it keeps track of your vaping history, some people just think it's a puff counter but it's a bit more than that when you connect to computer and have a look at the graphs on puffs per day, week, month etc. what ohms attys you've connected to it over days weeks or months. it strips right down and every part is available to buy and are pretty cheap especially from bargainVapour eg: chrome tube set which i just purchased is £8.52 and looks stunning All in all it's a future proof mod that needs no introduction, i have not owned any of the others, i did like the look of the svd but in 18650 mode its like a lightsabre and the screen is landscape which would take some getting use to

I have the Evic, CVI and getting an SVD as soon as Pink Mule have restocked. I like the Evic, I have the kir fannis tube on it and it looks fantastic. However, I really like the look of the SVD, it`s slightly quirky (but good looking) design, really appeals to me. The CVI is .............well it`s okay, but compared to the other two it really doesnt look as good. The SVD is good value with the iclear30`s in the kit and looks fantastic in my opinion. You could moan a little about build quality on all of them really but if you treat them with respect, they are all fine. I cant comment on the TZMAX though. It doesnt appeal to me at all from any point of view.

But I do love the look of the SVD.

There can be an awful lot of "small spherical objects" talked about this stuff lol. It`s a BATTERY, a COIL, a BATTERY HOLDER and a SWITCH basically. That is all they are, there is (please sit down now)........................................no magical Provari (or other brand) fairy dust magically sprinkled on any of it. A Vamos volts or an Egos volts or a Provari`s volts are just the same as any other volts (unless you are going to get picky, which I am sure someone will) The "under four quid" Phoenix double coiled is a great vape if you dont mind dripping. I prefer it myself and always end up going back to it because I like the fresh taste you get every time you re-drip. I think now could be the time to go and walk the dog

I think a truer way of finding out which ones are really good is to ask that "If your Mod went phutt, would you buy another"?
We all love our Mods and will probably defend them to the hilt, afterall we paid good money for them and don't want to appear foolish having spent so much only to admit that perhaps we made a mistake.
I am certainly feeling a bit that way having invested in a ProVari when I could have bought any number of better Mods for what I paid for it.
However, no matter what you buy, in 6 months time there will be something else along that will be a must have buy.
