GreigsterThats a tough one Robby, the difference between these and the Panny 2250mah in terms of length of the time they last is difficult to assess due to me having about a dozen 18650`s used in rotation and as I go between mods as well in any one day ??? What I will have to do is put a Panny 2250mah in one Evic and a Samsung 3000mah in the other Evic and check the puffs when both run out.

Cammy The ones I bought are unprotected. As I only use electronic mods which have protection built into the mod then you should not use protected batteries as there can be a conflict between the two lots of protection. Protected batteries should be used in mechanical mods as there is no built in protection. Although non protected batteries use "safe chemistry" So for your Vamo, you need non protected batteries

Please note the Panasonic NCR18650A (3100 mAh) will only give you about 50 mAh more than the CGH18650CG (2250 mAh) if your cutoff voltage protection circuit of your electronic mod is 3.3 volts. And the CGH is a heck of a lot cheaper. The min end point voltage of the CGH is 3.0, while the NCR is 2.5.

For under £5.50 you can buy TWO 2250mah Panasonics from Fasttech in china, whereas the one listed above on eBay is £4.78 for ONE 3100 mAh. From Fasttech you can get TWO 3100 mAh for under £8.50. Remember you 5% off using code TENOFF making even slightly cheaper yet. Personally I would go for the CGH18650CG www.fasttech.com/products/1420/10001980/1143700
