Me poor Rivas I don't know wtf is going on mind!!! So mine ran out of battery the other day, popped it on charge, waited for the light to go solid green after a few hours, turned it off and stuck it in the case Now my other one has just ran out, put it on charge, got my charged riva out and what?!! That battery is dead?! Obviously did something wrong, (hopefully) so now I've got one charging, see what happens?! One thing I have noticed is when the red LED is on it does flicker very slightly (on the USB charger) is that normal?

Sometimes the centre post slips down too far and then you won't get a good connection. Try that it worked for me

Did you switch the Riva off after it charged? you may have left it switched on thus draining it when not in use.
I just charged my Riva and Evod batteries and i had to switch them off after recharging(5 clicks).
My Joyetech charger also pulses red/green until the green light comes on.

The Riva battery you need to click 3 times quickly to turn on/off.
Try lifting the centre pin slightly.
How long has it been since you last charged it?

Ok centre pin don't think it's that - smoked ok before the charge plus charging light still comes on, battery led flashes etc,
And this was the first time charging since buying the riva kit, the battery is now charging again so ill see if it happens this time I guess?
Also I know about three clicks on/off and I'm sure I turned it off when I put it back in the case x

It's been charging 30 mins, just took it off to see if I got anything out of it and still just flashes to say its out of battery, I guess 30 minutes isn't long mind x

They take 2-3 hours to charge. Wait until the light on the charger turns green. My Riva charger light is red and blinks when charging the Riva battery.

If that doesn't work, then get back in touch with the vendor you bought from.
If you end up really stuck it's quite easy now to pick up cig-a-likes in chemists, supermarkets, newsagents etc, would keep you going till you got something sorted out!

Took it off charge second time round and it won't turn on at all, but when it's plugged in to USB it seems to work, the opposite to what my other battery does! Spoke to vendor sending it back in the post tomorrow, got my skycig and my working riva battery to use until its back xD Also the working battery, led doesn't flicker when it's plugged in, and it works fine so I know it's not the USB! And if I press the button on battery when plugged in it does nothing, but the faulty one only works now plugged in! Vendor saved the day, x
