The Aga-t+ was close to maiden voyage

Hi all
I am at the end of my tether with this Aga-t+. I have been arsing about with it since Friday afternoon and am no closer to getting any juice coil or wick combination to taste like anything other than pole cat piss. I have watched endless vids. Oxydise wick don't oxydise, drill bit method wrap round coil method silica u wick method. All to no avail. I have basically wasted my weekend. I actually opened the back door and was gonna launch it to the horizon then go to shop for twenty coffin nails. Then spotted a ego with kanger on it with some fruity juice in and had a few vapes. I am so glad that caught my eye or I would be a aga and 8 months of non smoking down. I really can not get it to work anything like a vivi never mind a kanger which in my honest opinion is the better.
Sorry for the rant but this has helped calm me down and keep me from the door. Surely there must be some easier to set up "correctly" than this. Any suggestions please feel free!!

Put it away and continue to enjoy what works for you..

When you go along to a meet, and take it with you and consult some fellow vapers. Genesis atty's work well mainly for tobacco flavours, so if you do not vape this kind, stick it in the classies for a decent price and someone will pick it up, no doubt.

I couldn't cope with the faff of mesh Mrbee, so you're not alone . . . plus they don't suit the type of flavours I prefer. So I have no more Genesis atomisers, sold them.

Very liberating for me, I stick to what I can do and enjoy.

So what alternatives are there?
I am "usually" good at little technical finicky things. Didn't expect to breeze through it, knew it would be a learning curve but so far a complete disaster.
What flavours you like then perps? I have strayed from tobacco flavours and know like fruit or desert vapes.

I ALWAYS have a spare Vivi nova lurking about just in case.I still havent got around to fettling my AGA t's either,they are sat in my vape box.LOL

You can set the AGA-T/T+/V2 up with a silica wick..Quite easy to do..

I've always got on well with clearomisers from when they very first came out MrBee and am still using clearo innards in Modders Tanks. . . the lastest type I have are the Vivi Nova's, I haven't felt the need to try any of the newer variations, but it's worth you looking maybe at the newer types?

Flavours, I enjoy loads. Anything Dessert/Candy/Fruity I can vape very happily . . . Butterscotch/Vanilla Custard/Caramel/Gingerbread /Cinnamon Danish and Raspberry or Apple are favourite fruit flavours for me.

My experience ... started with SS mesh around December ... had a mini-DID, got an AGA-S and AGA-T+ and had a nightmare with them putting me right off SS mesh

tried all manner of devices including a Nautilus which I found far too much faff ... this week the penny dropped with the AGA's and now have em working a treat and I'm loving them - to the extent I am now looking for another genesis

As maccafan says, put it away, get the hit you need and come back to it with a fresh mind rather than willing it to work ... the AGA's are cheap enough to put away to come back to as well

Also for me personally flavour has nothing to do with it ... and I vape all flavours

Funny that, i tried that method maccafan linked today and i prefer that over mesh, mesh is too painstakingly fiddly with getting it spot on for me (got there in the end though) but prefer the silica wick method, much more easier and tastes and vapes great, done it on a DID clone

I mainly only Vape on Genesis Atty's, once you have mastered them with a SS Mesh set up I don't think you can beat them for the flavours they give out.

The drill bit method seemed to work for a lot of folks, I could never get on with it, having to try to push the mesh down onto the coil, but it's still worth a try.
