Thanks Robby. Will take the extra bit of wick out later and see what happens. It's really slight leaking but obviously not what I want.

It could be condensation, because condensation is is a lot thinner it can travel through the wick a lot easier than juice.

Have taken the extra bit of wick out. Sat it in some tissue over night. See if its leaked in the morning.

No leak over night at all. But leaking while never I vape it.

Thought it was condensation so filled it with mentally menthol and it is juice that's leaking. It's bright green lol.

I'm just not meant to rebuild anything!!

If it did not leak overnight and it started to leak when you vaped it normally means because the juice has hardened up overnight on the wick and nothing can get through, but when the wick has been heated up it softens the wick again and whatever was on top can now seep down.

Bit like un-blocking a drain....or shall i say a bit like lard, leave it and it will harden, put hot water over it and it will melt.

Must leave atleast 1-2 strands on top of the wick to prevent this happening.

Thanks for the excellent pic's robby, they're really helpful to a total novice like myself  but I was just wondering if using a 3mm wick would have the same effect as using the 2mm and then adding the bits on top? Sorry if this is a daft question but I've zero experience of rewicking.

It probably would have the same effect, dont see why not, a lot of this kind of thing is very much trial and error
