Wife has been given an inhalator and patches by the NHS because she's pregnant. Yes, before you say it I've tried many times to get the wife to vape rather than give money to Big Pharma but she doesn't like it and won't try it for long enough to get used to it. So I had to try the inhalator. My review Cheap plastic build quality, tiny capsules, rubbish taste, no TH, no vapour production. Not to put too fine a point on it, they are utter s**t! hehe Sorry, I'll stick to my Egos, MVP and Evic with my 18mg flavoured juice thanks! Got to say I've got a whole new appreciation for vaping after sucking on the inhalator! And they wonder why NRT doesn't work...

If she's pregnant I'm surprised they gave her anything, they have just authorised her to pump nicotine into your unborn child. They usually just say STOP SMOKING !!
edit -- That sounds harsher than I mean it to, no offence intended.

If you look at the nic content they are also higher than the average vape as well.
I checked the nicotine spray and was shocked, it said 1mg no wonder I was getting headaches all the time.
Really wish the NHS would just recommend everyone start vaping, much high success rate and mucheasier to control nic intake levels.

It's considered safer than mum still smoking

My wife has never been a smoker, didn't drink at all during pregnancy, and I never smoked indoors. With the NHS being how they are sometimes, and me having never been pregnant , I would have thought they would take a dim view of it. As a side note, shes just told me they do it as stopping smoking can cause anxiety and stress which can be passed on to the developing fetus. I'm still surprised tho.

Erm...my understanding is that nicotine isn't bad for you per se, it's the 4000+ chemicals in tobacco smoke that are...?

Nicotine affects the entire body, it acts directly on the heart to change heart rate and blood pressure and also acts on the nerves that control respiration to change breathing patterns. It is linked to hardening of the arteries too. Yes, vaping cuts out the other 4500ish chemicals

They also say don't eat or drink caffeine too, as caffeine has similar effects as nicotine.
