Thanks romelee...how exactly should the spring in the base be sitting then? I think it could be one of the holes not cut properly as I notice the screws go right now on one and only partially down on the other...does that make sense?
Don't want to send it back unless I absolutely have to. Tried making screws out of mesh - failed miserably...any ideas most welcome

Well enlarged the air hole a tad (Dremel-a-like again) and did the hot needle + iGo screw mod - filled on it's side to just under 1.5ml and the Dream comes to Life Close up of screw - did take me 20 mins or so - but worth it And on the Chameleon Will report back on any leaks etc - nice one SJ for the mod tip tho

It was the spring. I figure when I put it all back together I have to do it absolutely upright otherwise it won't work. Now my 18350 batteries don't like the dream on the drawtube. Any ideas why?

Jo, you have got the spring upside down, as in the smaller part at the bottom?
The screws you are talking about, do you mean the little pins that go in the holes where the wire goes in? They only act as a wedge to hold the wire in place. Sometimes they can pop out if you have not wedged them in enough, if that happens, just push them in with your finger as much as you can and use the flat part of the end of a screwdriver just to push the pin down firmly.

Rewicked 8 times and still no flavour to any juice.
What am I doing wrong? Wicks are between 2 and 2.4ohms. No gurgling. No leaking.
Just nothing tastes of anything. Flavourless vaping!
About to give up as I'm wasting a lot of juice.

JerriJerry, could you have an air lock under the juice cone? Try holding the attie on its side so it is horizontal so the the little hole (where the juice enters under the juice cone) is uppermost and see if you have any bubbles coming out into the juice....then turn it round so the opposite hole in the juice cone is uppermost and see if you get any bubbles.

Hi Jerri.
Ensure that the coil/wick is positioned DIRECTLY above the air hole, and 1-1.5 mm above.
If it is a little left or right of the air hole, flavour will be seriously effected.
That`s my thoughts, give it a go, sorry I cannot give you a guarantee.

Will try that thank you.
I assume the spring goes pointy but up (I'm sure that's the technical term lol). It seems like it should attach to the base but it doesn't.

Might be a daft question (I like daft questions) but why are people drilling fill holes? I have had no issues with filling this ... am I missing something?

I'm getting a very tight draw & little vapour guys..........any suggestions? It could be that the coil is sitting to close to the air hole? Try lifting it a tad away from the base
