If your screw ever starts loosing its bite take the silicon grommet out of a carto and find your self a plastic or nylon thumb screw.

Ive not sourced a thumb screw at the mo but my dream is coming from China so plenty of time.

Ive been practising on my carto tanks and its looking a good fixed seal,

Before I got mine I was looking into putting a filling screw into the side of the tank.

Now I have one I've found filling is quite easy without bothering with doing any mods.

Unsrew the top, fill with fluid, replace cap and thread on half a turn, turn so drip tip is faceing the ground and wait till fluid has moved to the drip tip end, screw the cap home, thats it, no leaks no gurgling, easy!

I must say, I do like this Dream atty. I went off silica wicks & stuck to the Aga & Genesis, but now I've got this set up right, after messing about with the air hole, it's vaping lovely. Plenty of vapour, great taste & it looks good on the Z-Max. I've e-mailed Charlie to see if he can supply just the SS cone, as I have the other original sitting here gathering dust. I haven't had any problems with the filling, although I have got into the habit of putting my thumb over the air hole & finger over the connector when filling. I read or saw it somewhere & haven't a clue what it's supposed to prevent, but by doing it & filling slowly with a needle drop bottle I've not experienced any problems at all...great little atty........I've also done the heated nail thingy on an old Nova tank & just need to source a screw for it.....The rubber grommet idea is great too.

Better capacity I believe mate, think it holds about 1.6ml in the normal and 3.3ml in the extended version. It's mahoosive in extended version!

Yes indeed - the extension kit adds a metal tank to go on top of the plastic one and a long chimney to go through it
