Well that is good to know ty Ragjoy Although I'm thinking 5k might be a few to many to carry in my handbag lol I was thinking I might just run off 1 piece of cards worth so maybe 8/9 ish and do more as and when or if needed. Do you still have many of yours left ? Anywhere I could take a look at them ? What wording did you use ?

I may have dreamt this Jemima, but I had a feeling one of the Suppliers had produced some vaping information handouts, possibly it was Aaron from Ecigwizard . . . Rusty who heads the Campaign for Vaping in Pubs certainly has - they're both member's on here, maybe send them a PM?

Yes I took a look at the CAM-VIP site, those stickers seem very useful things indeed. Good suggestion Perpetua, ty Looks liek I'll have to do a little order with kev to get a few cards from him too lol. I was tryin to go with Chrissie's original post in this thread, and include the address of this forum on the cards but noone seems all that intrested, so I'll check out the other options Thanks guys

The closest I've seen to cards that actually explain the basics (and legalities) of vaping are the ones from Freedomvape as mentioned above, they're very useful for explaining the absolute basics.
rusty's CAM-VIP promo stuff is great for pubs too but they perhaps assume some basic knowledge - great design IMHO too.
Jemima I really like your design and copy which IMHO really gets the message across in a way anyone should be able to understand.
No offence to all the vendors who produce such great cards but I do think some cards of this sort would be excellent not least because people receiving them will realise we're not trying to sell them anything just trying to introduce them to the basic facts and a forum (this one) that will allow them to find out more and seek answers to their additional questions.

Thanks Rog I've not yet seen the freedom vape cards, but I assumed they came with some kind of advertising/web link on them. If approached I am more than happy to give that information to people, but I thought that maybe a forum link would be more useful to people wanting to learn more about the whole thing. I have also joined ukvapers forum and ecf, but I prefer asking my questions here with a smaller community. I often feel intimidated by the larger boards, and I find smaller boards make the information a lot more findable and accesable when your just learning. I was hoping the wording would explain to publican/barstaff/shop owner/customer alike instead of a one for one group and one for another kind of thing. I tried to make the design a little liek the forum banner, i think the colour of 1 pixel is about as close as I got but I still liked it lol I just have to get that wording right, then I shall hit print and have a few to carry in my handbag

Jemima, I really like the look of the cards in your post #13 I'm also happy with the wording on them, if everyone else is, would it be OK to use your design & print them off ourselves?

Of course Chrissie, that would be more than ok I can upload the proper jpg to the forum instead of just a screenshot, or if you have photoshop I can send you the psd files, then if needed you can tweak to personalise them, or I can also do that for you if you would like your username on them or something else.

I don't have photoshop Jemima - I think it looks brilliant without any tweaking Would be lovely if you uploaded the proper jpg to the forum

OK this should be about A4 size, I did have to lower the file quality to fit with the forum requirements for upload, but it shouldnt make a huge amount of difference to be honest. If yours doesnt look quite right or you need any adjustments or modifications then just shout and I'll have a go Front Attachments:

This is what I'd suggest you do Chrissie, Click the attatchment link so you go to the bigger image. Right click on the image and choose save picture. Find saved picture where ever you saved it, right click again and choose print. Run it off on plain paper first to get the hang of printing the right way on both sides, then when you feel happy, go with the card. If you have any problems at all then post or pm me and I'll be happy to help, one step at a time
