Its my first purchase from fasttech so that hope that ain't usual.... and you do get it soon obviously!
I only spent minimum for upgraded postage so figured it was worth a punt but don't normally go for stuff not in uk........wished I'd found it earlier but just found on ebay same thing at roughly same price

It`s really up and down, especially now with the holiday coming up. I got a delivery from them in a fortnight today. So unpredictable. I suppose I am used to it now, we seem to go through these spells

Have seen the same clone on ebay and in some shops for nearly twice the price so if goes tits up might just buy in uk (knowing full well they probably got it from fasttech! )

I think I would cancel, in a couple of weeks it will probably be "ships next day". I really do think they gather up punters cash to fund a lot of their stock buying.

That settles it, when someone who posts as much about fasttech as you do, and presumably buys from there too, says cancel...... its time to cancel!
Funny but the other random junk i ordered just to get it to $20 is ready for dispatch, typical

Not put me off, just next time I'll make sure is in stock so has fighting chance!

The best way is to order stuff thats no urgent, when your checking daily it can be like watching paint dry. I order stuff I need from the uk. Look out for the bulk discounts on there, I buy for my recently converted mates, and if you buy 5+ of an item you often get a good discount. Then you have 5 people stalking the postie, no wonder he's so elusive.:-)

My apologies for putting a downer on it

FT were great to begin with and then as an earlier post mentioned it's slipped a bit.

This is the first time I've tried the EU posting options and it's not really doing it for me.

As I said in an earlier post was happy to wait for the lot, because it contained a Kayfun clone, which showed as shipping in ten days.

Then I got the emails from FT saying they posted separately to avoid delays.

To date, nothing has arrived and now I'm pe*d off as I can't get any update on the tracking site or a response from FT.

Some of the bits I really could do with now.

Wish the tracking software was a bit more reliable. That's all really.

I seem to have had better luck with Singapore post than the Swedish but I think the Swedish will go from fast tech to malmo and then to the UK then waiting for Royal Mail

Now I'm confused, on closer inspection of pics they aint the same..... cheapest I can find for near identical is £24 inc postage, I'm going to sleep on it me thinks!

EDIT: Just done more searching, leaving word clone out and found place down the road from my work has some 1:1 clones for £18.99, bonus as get to see it first! Little walk on lunch break tomorrow me thinks!

Just a quick post to say thanks markm - the negative post on both had come loose and was sticking out. Once tightly screwed down, the buttons are much better. Not totally smooth, but I think they're still wearing in.

Well the tracking software finally updated on one package and it arrived today

Yes the one with the Kayfun in that was responsible for holding everything up and was sent afterwards

No sign of the other one or any update on the tracking.
