I would have thought so, Karma, as 1ml a day is diddly squat.  Perpetua posted that she was/is on 8-10ml a day, I think. Weren't/aren't you Perps? Mind you, my memory is going, so methinks I'll go hide behind the sofa, just in case.

I am indeed Jess . . . anything between 5-10ml in a day, low/medium strength juice. Even had a sneaky chug in Tesco today doing the boring blumming food shopping. I don't even think about the amount I vape, I just enjoy it.

I love vaping in supermarkets, and today also Ikea. Amazing how much less like getting a divorce you feel in the Big Blue Box o' Dreams when you can keep your nic levels topped up

Call me mad, but I've no plan to cut back on the nic level yet of my liquid. But, cut back on vaping, sure...
Down to 1.5ml a day, sometimes less. I have no idea when I'll hit the "brick wall" (the point at which I can go no lower on intake) but if I reach it, then stage 2 will be lowering the nicotine. I think my issue has always been more about the smoking/vaping than the nicotine, so that's where I'm working on things.

My suspicion is that vaping yield is disappointingly low, so it doesn't surprise me to read of any amount of liquid used....or worry me, not that it would be my business.

I'm on about 8-15 ml a day too. Its nothing like smoking, my lungs are still clear, I don't cough constantly (I was smoking 40 JPS black a day) exercise is easier. I remember seeing a chart in uni and nic is lower on the poison scale than caffeine if I remember correctly. I have over the years cut down my nic level but that was to get more flavour, I used to vape 36mg when I started!! that now blows a hole in the back of my neck and I'm down to 16 mg but I didn't cut down for benefits to my health just so I could enjoy the flavour of the juice more.
