I've noticed that a lot of my flavours aren't getting used because I am so unorganised I don't even know I own them. After sifting through too many scribbled notes that don't even resemble recipes and locating all my concentrates from many drawers, I found out I now have well over a hundred different flavours. I found a great free online database, Soda db, and spent the night building it and filling it in. It's fully searchable and really easy to modify and update, finally I feel like there will be some order in my mad mixing hobby. Not only is it free but you can have 10,000 records in one database so even Perpetua would only need a couple. Just as well I'm not a delicate flower isn't it.  |
