What would you recommend to be the closest to Suet for puddings and at what percentage: Capella: Cake Batter Flavour West: Grahams Cracker (Not tested yet) Perfumers: Malted Milk (Not tested yet) Perfumers: Pie Crust Thoughts most welcome

TPA's Pie Crust is quite ' doughy ' Rom . . . I normally use 12% to 8% Fruit in a recipe. Graham Cracker is more ' biscuity ' to me. Malted Milk is very ' milky ' more for milkshakes I'd say than a pudding pastry. Haven't used Capella's Cake Batter . . . can't remember if I have any of it or not now.

Vip Vapors 'cake mix' could be the one you want. I've got some if you want it. Not using it as I don't 'do' food & pudding flavours
