Hi there,
I purchased a starter kit yesterday. I believe the brand is an EGO T 650? but it doesn't have the brand name on the actual device. I got it from an E-Cig shop in my home town (it has the shop brand on it). It came with two of everything. I was told that each battery would last around 2 days and would then need to be recharged. I used one without problem until last night, and then the button that you push manually when you puff started to flash blue and no vapour would come out. I thought that this meant it needed to be charged, and as it was the first charge I screwed it into the charger and left it overnight. The light on the charger wasn't red at any point and when I tried to get it to work this morning it still had the same flashing/no vapour problem. I used the other one for all of today until the same thing happened again, and alas that one won't charge either. Do I have a faulty charger? Any ideas anyone?
Quite annoyed as I spent 75 quid on this just a day ago, and the shop isn't open again until Monday. Really don't want to have to spend more money on disposables over the weekend...

Take it back Sorry to say you payed way too much you can get 2 pack online for around £30

I think I probably paid over the odds when I look at what I can buy online. The shop is called Smoke-No-Smoke. This is the kit: linkNo flashing lights on the battery. The charger just has a solid green light.

I looked at the pin lift thing, it seems to be fine on the charger, it's standing proud. On the thing itself, there is a hole in the middle, so I don't see a way of lifting anything there?

If it is the same as other chargers the light should be green when you plug it into your laptop and when you connect your battery to the charger the light should change from green too red (meaning charging) and then back to green when the battery is fully charged.

If the charger has a solid green light, the battery isn't connecting with it.
As suggested, try easing the centre pin up very gently and if that doesn't work - take a look at the charger and if the centre pin on that seems recessed - try easing that out a little.

I would have thought the charger was at fault if both batteries are doing the same thing (not charging).
Take the whole lot back to the shop and force them to sort it out.
