There is much discussion on different topics regarding smoking V vaping.
We all know what differences and advantages that vaping has to smoking, but I wonder if so many of us would still be waving the Vaping Banner if e-juice was taxed to the point where Vaping became more expensive than Smoking?
I realise that a large number of us would go back to smoking simply because they could not afford to Vape, but of those who could afford to continue vaping "at any cost", would you?
Whilst I might wax lyrically about my cleaner house, car, folding camper, at the end of the day, I vape because it is cheap. However should those that are targeting the Brussels Sprouts, get their evil way and influence them enough, vaping as we know it could get taxed out reach of 90% of our present followers.

If it's the same price as tobacco than i would vape rather than smoke, even if it's slightly more expensive than smoking stinkys i would choose vaping over smoking anyday.

Interesting question. No, I don't think I would go back to smoking. However... if vaping was already more expensive than smoking , I probably wouldn't have started vaping...

If that happened, I think I would do some black market buying just like I did with the cigs.

As I wanted to cut down on smoking because of cost, then I would cut down on vaping too. Or, vape zero nic, which is what I'd eventually like to do anyway or give up completely. That is most definitely some way off though.

Vaping is kind of already more expensive than smoking for me - but that's because I'm a magpie! Mind you, I spend on kit and flavourings, which I presume would not have to be taxed, so it's just mixing nic that would get more expensive. Vaping and mixing at 10mg, though, wouldn't take it beyond the realms of affordability. There's absolutely no way I'd go back to smoking, no matter the cost. I agree with jess, I'd try to go zero nic if it was stupid prices and use what I've already got.

Sleepyduck I do agree with you, if vaping was already more expensive than smoking , we both probably wouldn't have started vaping. We just have to cut expenses. We didn't think about health at that time. After a while we realized that this is more healthy alternative. Not to mention that finely we got rid boring tobacco flavour

Many already answered your question when they bought their first cigalike - they are very often more expensive.

I'd give Vaping no-nic ago before going back to tobacco - have the devices and a supply of PG/VG and flavours - and enjoy Vaping so worth a shot even without the nic which is the only bit they could regulate

I wonder how easy it would be to get your nic out of 1/2oz of tobacco or a cigar?
