Does anyone else get a dry throat from vaping, it's not sore or anything, just dry. But I have to admit I do vape about 3-4ml a day.

That can be quite common, vaping can dehydrate you a bit so up your water intake I find juices high in PG harsher on my throat than those with a higher VG content

Drinking plenty of fluids is always good. But you could also try adding 5% vodka to thin your eliquid a bit - I found that doesn't dry my throat so much. I prefer a 50/50 pg/vg mix with a bit of bitter wizard to stop the vg sweetness coming through too much. I find that high PG (70%PG and above) dries my throat out. I don't understand why though because correct me if I'm wrong but I think both PG and VG are humectants and they are supposed to keep things moist, where as a desiccant dries things?
Oooh and the other thing I found is if you are using a wick type atty, then cleaning the wick in vodka or strong alcohol every now and again helps the juice to wick nicely - thus always getting a moist vape.

Thank you for all the advice, still wouldn't dream of going back to stinkies though.

Dawnie, hang in there, your body will adjust and settle down. Your throat is adjusting away from having icky tarry smoke down it, which naturally slightly lubricates... up your water (or coffee ), possibly up the vg content of your juice, and vape on ..and cute dog, BTW
