i have the silver one lol. still showing 4 days but has been for the past 8 days! i'm not in any real hurry to receive it. its just the untruths they are telling.
if they said 'we dont have this colour and have no idea when we will have them in' then fair enough

I have been in contact with both Royal Mail and Parcelforce and they have no record that the goods were ever sent to this country.

We have been notified by Hong Kong Post just now that the package has been returned by the Hong Kong customs because the package was detected to have battery inside when passing through the security check.

We will resend the package indivitually within 24-48 hours with a new tracking number so it will avoid the issue majorly. We will send you the tracking once it is arranged, thank you.

So they've first accused UK customs and now say it's Hong Kong customs at fault.

Still no sign of the order being shipped. The order was originally placed and paid for on the 19th of May and I'm a bit concerned time will run out before I can make a paypal claim.

You've 45 days from the date of purchase to start a PayPal dispute, so that takes you to the beginning of July . . . you can start a dispute at anytime now, you don't have to escalate it to a claim immediately Snapper.

If memory serves me correct, PP will give you a time frame to do that in.

My original order for the Vamo was returned to sender without ever leaving HK, Fasttech refunded me immediately after I declined their offer of re-shipping. I changed my order to a MVP and some other odds and sods which i received 11 days after placing order......carnt really fault them.

Quick question about battery life now a few have got theirs. I always panic and stick mine on charge when I get the yellow light show. Has anyone gone through this to the red and if so how does it compare with the length of green light usage?
