Just sent from Australia
Glad I only use petrol.........can't afford any of the others.
How about these prices.................
Do we need reminding about how much things cost!!
All these examples do NOT imply that petrol is cheap;
it just illustrates how outrageous some prices are.
The last one might shock the socks off you.
Think a litre of petrol is expensive?
This makes you think, and also puts things into perspective.
Can of Red Bull, 250ml, $2..95 ... $11.80 per litre!
Robitussin Cough Mixture, 200ml, $9.95 ..... $ 49.75 per litre!
L'Oreal Revitalift Day Cream, 50ml, $29.95 ........... $599.00 per litre!
Bundy Rum, 1250ml, $51.00 .... $40.80 per litre!
Visene Eye Drops, 15ml, $5.69 ... $379.00 per litre!
Britney Spears Fantasy Perfume, 50ml, $29 ....... $580.00 per litre!
And this is the REAL KICKER.
Evian water, 375ml, $2.95 ...$7.86 per litre! $7.86 for a litre of WATER!!
and the buyers don't even know the source
(Evian spelled backwards is NAIVE!!)
Ever wonder why computer printers are so cheap?
So they can hook you for the ink!!
Someone calculated the cost of the ink at, you won't believe it but it's true; $2,500 a litre.
$2500.00 A LITRE!!!
So, the next time you're at the pump, be glad your car doesn't run on water, Red Bull, Robitussin, L'Oreal or, God forbid, Printer Ink!!!!!

It is not until you work out what a litre of e-juice costs and then the fact that you can buy 75mg of Nic Base for under £100, delivered to your door, that you begin to understand just how much you could potentially save by mixing your own.

Further working out on e-juice per litre, I at present vape at 24mg and I have just used an online e-juice calculator to see what I would get from one litre of 75mg Nic Base and that comes in at 3.125 litres of e-juice made to a 70/30 mix.
However, over the next few years it is my intention to cut down the MG level to 18mg. From that my 75mg Nic Base would give me 4.166 litres of e-juice.
So even at Roger's lower prices, on my present MG level that comes in at;- less than a hundred quid compared to £1,456.25. and once I drop to the 18mg level;- less than a hundred quid compared to £1,941.36.
Okay I still need to add the price of plain PG, VG and flavourings, but the savings are remarkable.

Dunno what the Aussies are moaning about. When I lived there the fuel prices were far lower than ours.

I gave Higher prices (I think) You are probably quite correct Roger. Maths was never a strong point for me, but whatever, if you mix your own you are quid's in. Just think of all the shinies you could buy instead of wasting it on other people's idea of a good e-juice. 90% of any pre-mixed e-juices that I buy, end up in my (now several) Rubbish bottles to be mixed with some home made Menthol and vaped when my taste buds go "walkabout".
