Ok my one year smoke free coming up so want to treat myself and move up a scale.
Have been reading about the vamo kit from fastech which you all pont to being a good kit. I started with Skycig, then to Riva 1100 then on to my spinners which I love. ( the others don't do it for me now ) although I have read this forum extensively, I am still not sure what extra the vamo will give me to the spinners. Also do I just pop in the two batteries, fill up the clearo and go? Don't think I could get into recoiling etc, does any clearo fit it? Have read something about springs and magnets? Second question, as mentioned I love my spinners but they are a bit large to take out. Does anyone know of a smaller vv battery?
Just want something that is better than a spinner but is easy to use. Many thanks.

padihoAs I understand it, the Vamo in VW mode, allows you to use ANY resistance attie/carto/clearo/etc and give you the same vaping experience, as it calculates the voltage itself. I also believe you can run it in a shorter config using a 18350 battery. And it's shiny

padiho whatever you have in the way of 'toppers' should fit the Vamo, you don't need to get into recoiling to use one. What it will give you over a Spinner is variable wattage rather than just variable voltage. It's a big bugger though, not a stealthy vape by any stretch of the imagination

If you do buy from fasttech don't forget to add the code to CPASTE13SPRING for a small discount. It will only work on the mod itself, so no multi orders.
be careful of tightening the attys as the threads wear out easily. I had two vamos, one from zainy and one from VB and my threads are shot.

You wont find Variable wattage in anything other than a large mod. VW needs a large(ish) control unit and a large battery to work.

Unlike your spinner, the vamo will tell you how much power is left in your battery, and it will deliver variable wattage: on the spinner if you change your clearo to one with a different resistance you have to change the volts, but on the vamo it will adjust automatically.
It also can deliver more power and last longer between charges, and is probably cheaper in the long run because the batteries will, on average if you get good ones, live longer. It won't work with very low resistances, which won't matter if you are not building coils. I wouldn't put 2 batteries in it - some electricians believe that to be inherently unstable, and if you are using pre-made clearo heads I don't think it would give you any benefit. It has a 510 connector, so will work with novas etc, but not a ego-type connector, so if you have evods (for instance) you'll need an adapter.
I have a mini spinner for out and about - 400mah from Madvapes in the US. About 7cm long. Doesn't last long between charges of course.
I am very happy with my vamo, but if you are happy with your spinners you might do better to try a different treat - try some different clearos, different juices? A little 306 atty or two for dripping and tasting?

you can't use anything with ego threading on the vamo unless you have a 510/ego adapter. Anything with 510 is fine.
Edit: Take no notice I should drink a gallon of coffee before typing... I was mixing up my mods.. lol

Some (it seems to be older) vamos' won't let anything skirted be used, mine won't, no airflow. But I have tried a newer Vamo and an Evod works no problem.

The VAMo already has a ego thread. However the clearance is limited. Therefore Kanger T2/T3 do not fit.
However I have used other ego threaded attys natively on the Vamo.I haven't got an EVOD but it looks like it's slim enough to fit directly.

An Evod will fit on mine no problem, but, there is not enough gap for the air to come through the holes in the skirt. On the one I tried, it worked perfectly.

Hi.Padiho.
Yes I can confirm Maccafan`s statement, the ego skirted atty`s will fit the latest ss Vamo.
My mate has just had one delivered from Fasttech, and all his ego fittings "FIT".( discount code CPASTE13SPRING).
The Vamo in 18350 mode is ideal to take out & about.
Don`t forget you`ll need a charger and "GOOD QUALITY" batteries (Panasonic, eFast, or Torchy on ebay).
