You may be surprised to know that nicotine does not stay in your system very long - the stuff you vaped last night would actually probably have been gone by the morning - that is why most people who smoke reach for a cigarette as soon as they wake up.

I vaped 18mg for about 2-3 months then when I tried simons e-cigs.co.uk 14mg I honestly did not notice any difference between that an the 18mg so started using 14mg nearly all the time.

11mg was not such a big success as the throat hit dropped considerably , only supplier I can vape 11mg liquid is TotallyWicked.

Janty I need the 16mg .

I knew you weren't but when I looked at the site and saw the price for express mail I did a bit of a re-take..lol
I'm never going to buy more than 5 ml of anything new ever again.

Even though I tell all new vapers only buy small quantities on a first purchase .....
I have approx 60 ml of freesmoke Hazlenut,
I wish it was Cinnamon but of course I only ordered 10ml of the Cinnamon

All my 'mistakes' either get mentholized or dosed with aniseed! Most of my un-favourites have been nondescript tobacco type flavours so lend themselves to having coffee, chocolate, mint or menthol added so very little will be wasted.

Well, my flavours from Flavourart arrived today, via Liberty Flights..I ordered Butterscotch and Cream.
Still can't work out where this sweet-tooth bit came from but they are very pleasant, if not quite as strong as I had anticipated. By that I mean that it takes more drops of flavouring to get a 'taste' than I thought..
I suppose one of my concerns is that they contain Diacetyl but that's probably much less of a worry compared to smoking.
Someone posted a link/query to this site, capellaflavordrops.com on another board so I might see if I can get hold of them here..
The search is part of the fun..

so you use nearly all low ish mg,would you suggest bearing in mind i use 20mg per week (dont know if this is high or not my wife uses about 10mg) that i stop using 38mg.

I use about 20ml per week ,I think that is pretty normal and have a mix of 11mg 14mg 16mg & 24mg on hand .
Hardly touch the 24mg but its there if I want it.
The others are the lowest I can go in each flavour to still get substance throat hit and satisfaction when vaping.

I dont think nicotine is so much of a problem for me, which is a surprise.

I think I am more a habitual vaper as I need something in my hand and also the satisfaction of the throat hit .

I now think the withdrawel symptoms you get coming off cigarettes are more to do with the other chemicals in them .
I dont vape at work it is simply not possible and as long as I am busy I dont think about it .

I would not go rushing to cut down, buy a mixture of strengths in small amounts but also keep some high just incase they dont give you any satisfaction.

I've emailed Capella asking for their shipping charge to UK (they do ship internationally) - I hate having to go thru registration to find out.

I think you're right keef about the ciggy chemicals being what has kept me addicted, probably more so than the nicotine content. I'm now finding that 24mg is too strong and am cutting it with a little glycerine. I'm also using the 30mg and 24mg flavours to top up my 14mg and 18mg bottles if I need a bit more oomph! Menthol is good for this as you need so little and it gives a great throat hit too.

I've purchased my first bottle of no-nic - chocolate peppermint cream - from ENjuice. I'll be interested to see how long I can use it without getting a craving. If I do, I can always top up the cart with OKSmokey's Mint 38mg that I have but am finding far too strong these days.

Having my PV close at hand (or in it) and getting a good amount of vapour is the most satisfying thing; far more so than a cigarette ever was, if that makes any sense.
