Hello All Just started using my Riva 1100 Deluxe kit today and i absolutely love it.(Thanks to u Guys for all your advise) :-) Now some questions for you to help me ;- I have 2 clearos . 1.) How often do i have to change the wicks? 2.) Are there any links on how to do this ? 3.) If i want to change E liquid to a different one do i have to change the wicks or can they be clean?
I think i would stop there 4 now ;-)
Regards A Happy Isaac.

Hi Isaac. Glad to hear you are enjoying the Riva kit! whoo-hoo.
What are your clearomisers? Do they have a name or can you link to them?

How long a wick lasts is very variable, depending on how you use them, how often you wash and dry-burn them, and how fussy you are. I guess about 3 weeks might be usual. I don't know what version the CE4s in your kit are. You can replace the heads on the V3 (also know as the stardust I think)- someone like www.digismoke.co.uk/ce4-head.html will sell you heads. Change instructions on their website, If you are talking about buying wick and wire and rebuilding the heads (a lot more fiddly but obviously much cheaper) then you need to look at a tutorial - maybe something like I haven't noticed anyone here who rebuilds CE4s. I don't think you can change the heads on earlier versions. If that is what you have you might prefer to get a mini Nova or Evod to replace it with when it dies.

Thanks for your replys guys But still confused now. I know now i have to change the wicks at every month ok. Now my clearo are the CE4 type and the winks might not be easily replaceable is this right ? So what are my options? Buy new clearos every month? Are the clearos just standard or do i have to order this from RIVA? I am confused :-( Isaac

It's a Vision V2 Rainbow with the Riva kit, Isaac, which is a disposable clearomiser. The Vision V3 are the new rebuildable version, but you can also use many other 'Ego/510' fitting clearomisers, such as the Kanger T3, Innokin CE5, Evod etc.

Hi there isaacaiyanyo, if/when your disposables pack in don't throw them away. At some point you may decide to try recoiling wicks yourself, this video shows you how to take disposables apart to do it. It worked for me and at the very least you've got something to practice on.
