Buoyed up by my recent successful recoiling of a Nova head, I am now browsing the suppliers for some more Novas as this is obviously going to save me some dosh. However, I am not sure whether to order from Zainy, HealthCabin or Fasttech. They all supply Novas, although I am aware of the ongoing problems with the FT ones. If you had to buy 3 Novas, perhaps not from these shores, which retailer would you favour, and why? Andy

I have never had any problems with any Nova or indeed anything I've bought from Health Cabin FT has free postage, so why not just buy one from there and then make your own mind up?

My first Vivi-Nova from " robby 's shop" needed 5 mins of DIY (slice a bit off of rubber grommet) & it's not failed me yet. I put a ticket in, and they sent me a replacement - not used it yet, but spring-loaded centre pin, good air flow and all looks good. For the money, well worth a punt IMO. (2 Vivi's for £3.07!) (including 6 heads ) Never used the other suppliers.

I do massive orders from healthcabin and pay the $30 DHL postage which comes in less than a week and I'm still up over what I would spend shopping in UK.

Health Cabin would be my Vendor of choice as well Andy for Nova's and Evods I should qualify, although I've nothing against the other 2 . . . but I know I'm getting the genuine article from Amy.
If you can round up a few vaping friends to go in on an order with you to get free shipping, then it's certainly worth serious consideration.

My Novas have all come from Health Cabin, all genuine Vision and had no probs with any of them, nor anything else i've bought from HC. They stopped cheapo China Airmail shipping from 29th March, but i asked Amy a few days ago and she said that they plan to restart it soon i think they've had a lot of earache about it from us customers, lol.

Not used any of those vendors for attys, but have had eLiquid from Ainy (Zainy.net) and delivery was very prompt, she blows VB away in customer service. As for the Nova's, I would buy them from whoever is selling genuine Vision ones.

As per already posted, HC ones are the real deal from Vision, as far as I know the other 2 vendors are just copies

Has to be Health Cabin. I got from there fitted VE ones no problem as does the spare bases and tubes.

Andy Andy From personal experience Zainy - never used Health Cabin - shipping costs way too expensive FastTech - had some poor Novas recently Best bet is Vaporbreak - not had a bad one from them, and i've bought quite a number from them, good consistent quality.

Almost everythng I use comes from Healthcabin these days, I always place orders of around £160 to get the free shippng, every order has arrived quickly and 100% accurate with all genuine products. I am very impressed with them at the moment as I placed an order Sunday, dispatched Monday and arrived at my doorstep this morning, that has to be some kind of record.

If you want to be sure of getting best quality items I would agree that HC is your best bet, but not so good for small orders currently until they re-instate China Post. I've been very happy with the service I've had from Fastech and their stuff is certainly cheap but maybe a bit hit and miss on the quality of their vaping stuff. The service and communication from Zainey is also excellent and a brilliant place to get juice if you like their ranges (they will even do customised versions if you ask) - much the same proviso applies to their other stuff as for Fastech.
