I have the ce5 clearomiser. I have a few questions specifically about it. This is the one I got paradisevapeuk.vstore.ca/egoce5-blister-pack-p-536.html?osCsid=415526433fd2ad5b5053fbf667dc1bfc
1. I can not seem to find the innards for it does anyone know where I can get them? A metal tube with a wick? 2. The plastic bit that the innards go in I have read they can crack, but do they have a shelf life generally or are they ok until they crack? 3. How do you know when you need to replace the innards or use a new unit ? What tells you this?
The battery -
1. Do you have to use it up fully before you put it back on charge, or can you top up? 2. Does it do anything to let you know it is getting low? 3. How do you know if it needs charging?
The liquid -
I read the guide of nicotine strength, but I'm wondering if I got it all wrong. I bought some 20mg, some 18mg liquid in 10ml bottles. Now I don't know what I thought but I have just read it again and does it mean 1ml of liquid equals 20mg nicotine? I used to smoke around 20 cigs a day at 0.9mg. Does this mean I should only use 1ml of liquid a day????
Cartomisers -
I bought some of these as a back-up. Well you know how it is new toy, got to try one. The one I opened had leaked there was liquid in the wrapper. I tried it anyway, and it seemed ok, but didn't last 2 minutes, and then smelt and tasted of burning. I was planning on refilling them but I read I can not do this now with this one. My question is, how do you know when to stop using it, so that it is empty to be refilled, but before it burns?
I think that's it for now, sorry for the long list.

The CE5s that you got with the blister pack are not rebildable, you can't buy new insides for them. Use them until you stop getting good vapor and taste, although you can at this point try washing them out Rebuildable clearos are available though. Use whatever liquid feels right and stops the cravings for ciggies. Nicotine is absorbed differently from vaping Can you post a link to the cartomisers you bought?

Ooops, forgot the battery! You don't need to let it fully run down before you recharge it. It's probably best if you don't let it fully run down There isn't really a way to tell that these types of batteries need recharging unfortunately

Ah, sorry I thought I could get the bits for them. The description does say rebuildable although they spelt it wrong. These were the cartomisers, - www.ecigwizard.com/offers/bargain-basement/neatcigs-cartos.htmlThey were so cheap I don't mind if a couple have leaked but I hope they all haven't, I should check.

Sorry, I didn't think they were If you want rebuildables your best bet is to buy the original unit from somewhere like VapeEscape or UKecig cabin and buy the separate bits from the same place. Just because something is rebuildable doesn't mean that any spare bits will be compatible! I've never had a leaky pre-filled carto! If you get another leaky one, i would leave it out to dry then fill/top up with your own liquid! Once you burn a carto you'll never get rid of the taste! post 11 here demonstrates filling cartos allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/2349/pics-vids-get-started-abbreviationsafter a good first fill you can just add a few drops of juice now and again, avoiding the centre hole!

The clearo is your kit looks like a disposable one. You can buy loads of different clearos these days that you can replace just about everything when it conks out. I've used Vision CE4 disposables in the past and they lasted me a month of heavy vaping. So, it will depend on how much you vape as to how long it will last you When the time comes to throw it (if disposable) or replace the heads, it will either die, as in you won't get anything out of it, or it will not perform as it should, everything sort of dies off, taste, throat hit, vapour.

1) It says its a CE5, so it should take a repacement CE5 head www.vapeland.co.uk/ce5-replaceable-heads-111-p.asp (there are other suppliers) You can also buy wick and wire and rebuild the heads yourself but the replacements only cost a couple of quid & should last for a couple of weeks or more, so if you don't like doing fiddly things, don't bother. 2) Except for the head, OK until they crack, or (more usually) you drop them too hard, sit on them, the dog bites them.. 3) You need to wash the head in hot water when the taste goes bad. Maybe once or twice a week. When washing doesn't work, dry burn. When that doesn't work, change the head. Think the battery questions are all answered. Nicotine isn't absorbed the same way with vaping as it is with smoking. Most of us probably do about 3ml/day You got a bad carto. You could send it back if you could be bothered. Most are refillable, but sometimes you have to destroy the cap (usually white, hole in the middle) to get it out. In that case you can replace it with a drip tip paradisevapeuk.vstore.ca/ribbon-drip-tips-p-395.htmlYou can't tell when a carto is empty except that it suddenly tastes bad. So keep topping it up.

My CE5 from the paradisevape blister pack looks to be EXACTLY the same as my Vision one from vape-escape, only without the vision branding a the bottom, & most certainly is rebuildable. I would guess therefore, that CE5 heads would fit perfectly. (I rewick mine, so cant be sure - when my vision is empty, I'll pop the head on the blister one to be check ) Maybe drop James @ paradisevape an email just to confirm? As has been said, you can rewick it, just like I do. It's easy, honest

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I think my best bet is to buy a CE5 rebuildable clearomiser from a store such as the one above where they sell the innards as well. Once mine is done I can try it to see if it fits, and if not it will fit my new one when that is done if that makes sense. The case will be needed eventually I guess anyway. Regarding Ohms does anyone know which mine is likely to be? I'd be temped to go for the one that doesn't use the battery as quick .

I wonder why paradise don't sell the innards though, as other sites say they won't guarantee they are are compatible.

Thanks Fred. I am going to have to read through my posts and make notes of what I need to remember. If you test to see if the head fits the CE5 let me know.

Would a CE4 disposable clearo fit my battery? I've found one for not much more than a head for the CE5 .
