Thanks so much joosejuice! Beat you to it! I put in an order last night, can't wait to get them! I've gone for 50/50 at first to see how I get on and will order some variants until I find what I prefer, I'm managing to convert some people over to vaping after giving them some toots on my PV so I should be able to find some recipients for any I don't get along with! You're very welcome, remember to let them steep. Our juices are freshly made when the order comes in. When your juice(s) arrive they'll be around 24 - 48 hours so they'll really need to steep for at least a week, 2 - 3 weeks would be better. If you don't know what steeping is, Google it. Not being cheeky There are various methods of steeping, everyone has their preference, and if I start on about steeping methods here I'll probably just confuse you :-) Best Wishes Jim

Ive been wanting to order a couple of bottles of 18mg 50/50 toffee 10ml bottles, been having issues with buying it in that nicotine level. Any idea when it will be back in stock? thanks the toffee has become a favourite of yours I'll check to see what the problem is. Has to be yet another glitch since that (insert swear word of choice) 'upgrade' was done by the host at the weekend. It's not a stock issue, we have tons of the ingredients. And while I'm on, we've changed nicotine suppliers. Our new supplier is here in the UK, no more hassles with customs delays on nic coming in from the US And thanks to the US 'shut down' we have litres of nicotine stuck in Miami and South Carolina. Plus an order for flavour ingredients stuck in California. God knows when we'll finally get that lot Anyway, we'll start using the new nic in about 7 - 10 days. It's exactly the same quality we get from the US but if anyone feels differently please let us know. Finally, can I remind folks to contact us by e-mail as we're getting on to the forum about once a week now, if we're lucky, and we rarely get any notifications that there are posts waiting for us on the forum. The volume of daily orders is such now that we're working 12 -14 hours a day, every day, just getting orders made and sent out. You folks on AAEC got us started, we'll never forget that, so I don't want you thinking we're now ignoring you. So e-mail us and we'll get back to you, usually within the hour but it can be longer. Sassy Saw your PG/VG ratio post on the new members board but being a vendor I can't post to it directly. Hence the reply here. The 10ml Tasters are there to let customers experiment with different ratios, strengths, flavours without having to fork out a chunk of change for a liquid, or ratio, they may not like. As was said in the replies on your thread it really is down to personal preference. When I was first starting out as a vaper, I bought a 70/30, a 50/50 and a 30/70 version of the same flavour. I quickly learned that 70/30 (or 80/20 depending on the juice) was my preferred ratio. Perhaps you may find a similar approach helpful? Best Wishes Jim

Morning Folks, some updates on Joose Juice.
Firstly the site being down yesterday, Sunday, 29 September. Our host did an 'upgrade' which somehow screwed up the ordering process when customers were trying to make purchases. The orders wouldn't complete properly, getting stuck in a sort of endless loop. So we had no option but to shut the site until that was fixed. Everything's now working properly again.
We also had to withdraw the menthol for a time. We weren't happy with the last two batches of crystals we were sent by the supplier so we withdrew the menthol until we found a new supplier. We now have a new supplier and menthol is available again.
I wasn't able to get on yesterday to explain about the site being down because we had a series of power cuts locally. Power would come on for a few minutes then go back off again. So it wasn't exactly a nice relaxing Sunday.

Trying to order x2 10ml testers and for some reason they are not going to basket. Any problems with the website Joose? Nope, no problems with the site, are/were you trying to use them with a discount code? The codes don't apply to/work with the 10ml Tasters. Best Wishes Jim

Hi Jim joosejuice i would like to ask what if anything have you done today as a vendor to promote World vaping day, i am just picking on a few vendors randomly as i am shocked at the lack of advertisement of this day, especially on vendors web shop home pages. We were too busy meeting with Trading Standards today to give any thought to World Vaping day. We asked TS to come visit us, go through our processes and procedures, to make sure we are complying with all current legislation, that all MSDS documents and analyses reports confirmed our Nicotine, flavouring ingredients, VG and PG were of the required purity. So we had a rather busy day and I'm delighted to say TS were rather pleased with us as they found no problems and that we exceed all required standards. They also went through the website with a fine tooth and found no problems there either. I would advise any other vendor reading this to contact Trading Standards, ask them to come see you and look at your operation. They're thorough, but they have plenty of advice and if they go away happy, you know your operation is sound. Best Wishes Jim

Well super fast delivery again!!and now I have to resist vaping the wonderful smelling bottles aarrgghhh I must say this is the hardest bit!and I must also add that you are really helping to keep me addicted to vaping and well away from cigs.So far your pina colada is my all time favourite e liquid but being able to order the tasters so I not only try all the flavours but also different pg/vg mixes is just brilliant.Thank you so much for offering a great service which is really helping this newbie understand and enjoy trying out e juices.I had a bad experience with another vendors liquids and it had made me wary of spending alot.You offer a service that means I can try lots of options at a great price what can I say beside Thank you very much

Afternoon Folks, As is obvious from the lack of responses from me to questions, I'm hardly getting onto the forum at all these days. So, with Chrissie's kind permission, I've added our customer service e-mail address to our signature at the bottom of posts. Any questions, need any info on our juices, or orders, steeping times, discounts, BOGOFS, anything at all, send us an e-mail rather than post it here. You'll get a much quicker response. We feel we've been neglecting the forum of late but thanks to our customers here and elsewhere, Joose Juice is thriving beyond all expectations. We're very keen to get back to the interaction we had with our forum customers when we first started up, we're desperately trying to find the time to run our competitions again. The constantly increasing demand for our liquids is making that difficult, we are constantly adjusting and adapting our processes to meet the demand which leaves little time for anything else. Hopefully we'll get a competition or two going in the not too distant future Couple of questions caught my eye and thank you to the forum members who answered them for me WE HAVE NO PLANS TO CANCEL THE BOGOFS. We consider them to be a permanent feature. If that should change for any reason we will give plenty of warning but I repeat, we consider the BOGOFS to be permanent Steeping: An absolute minimum of one week. Three weeks would be much better. General rule of thumb, the longer the better. Black Gold is an absolute minimum of two weeks. Tasters: These are not included in any discounts or offers, the discount code won't work with them. The AAEC discount code CAN be used in conjunction with the BOGOFS Best Wishes All Jim

Glad to hear they arrived. What do you find different about the 30ml Bubblegum? Just curious It just seemed so much more flavourful off the bat, It was darker in colour (The 10ml was clear, this has a darker colour to it) Interesting re the darker colour on arrival. As you know, some liquids darken as they steep but wouldn't have expected the Bubblegum to darken between leaving us and getting to you. Sort of wondering if something happened along the journey to accelerate the steeping process. Thanks for getting back to us, as I said initially, just curious

They Arrived! Not overnight but I don't expect that where I live. The 30ml bubblegum is nicer then the 10ml bubblegum, Thank god for the bogof offer. Glad to hear they arrived. What do you find different about the 30ml Bubblegum? Just curious
