I made some natural mint in white rum for a mojito flavour in a bottle. 2 days max you need to leave it else you will get a cabbagey/grassy flavour. Let us know how it works out.

It'll turn green ... just steep in vodka.

for mixing just calculate the tincture as thinner rather than a flavour since it will be alcohol. Goes well with VG mixes. If like the mint, it might be stronger than home steeped baccy which I mix at 20%. Start with 10% I reckon.

Been making and using tinctures fa a while - used ti use Stroh '80' till me local offy shut LoL

Will use the tea as it would be easier fa others to replicate too.

had an ex-landlord who was incredibly allergic to tomatoes - but never got affected at all by Nettles. So he'd pick the Nettles and i'd make us a tomato free stew - Win/Win all the way LoL

i just used Heath and Heather's Nettle tea as it was available and others could try the same if it worked - cut the bag open and filled the bowl (about a 1/3rd of a bag - larger Supermarkets and Health food shops have it in stock.

Thinking about this - think using a vapourizer such as the Iolite at this time would make more sense - the last thing i'd wish to do is add any credence to ecigs being used as a medical device!

No I grow my own organic nettles in the garden, for wildlife and for my own use.

Which reminds me of many years ago. Being a frantic working single mum of 2, gardening really wasn't high priority. I threw a birthday party, and all his little friends were dropped off by their parents, who started chatting about how I should get a gardener. (No way could I afford a gardener lol). My son, who must have been around 7, looked up at the collection of slightly superior/dissaproving faces, and pronounced clearly .... "God does our gardening!"

been drinking 3 cups of nettle tea a day now for better part of a week .. well lets just say I took the dogs crown, my farts now stink worse than his . Only thing changed recently is drinking nettle tea , so I am putting it down to this, and believe me must be bad when I am gassing myself out.

Just got off the phone to the National Institute of Medical Herbalists in the UK
They were quite surprised and intrigued as to the use of Nettles in a Vapourizer as it hasn't been known to be used in this way until now. LoL

However, the lady i spoke to was encouraging, and i'm to keep a diary of use and noticed effects - and their should be no reason why (unless on medication for mental health reasons - check with your doctor/herbalist 1st as Nettles contain 5HTP) that this wouldn't be beneficial

BTW fiddles- it must be thee cos haven't noticed thy effects - nor had complaints from others either

cut a long story short doctor had me on anti depressants for about 3 years (never a check up or anything just repeats ) I decided about 3 weeks ago enough was enough if I could quit smoking these tabs should be no probs, so been cold turkey on them now for 2 weeks, reading your bit about nettles made me think double whammy hay fever relief and added bonus of calming etc. just waiting on my herb vaporizer to arrive from china and there will be no stopping me. So could be something to do with that also

The Dragonflite Launch Box should also work and not bad for the price. No temperature control so there is a learning curve - helped via Youttube (tho they may not be using Nettles )
