Hi space, Was tempted to get the vamo to, as I've just started to, this was the best price i could find for the kit, 46.75 with and extra 15 off is just under 40 quid. eciglondon.com/Vamo_V2_FULL_KIT_with_RMS/p2023345_9243660.aspxdecided to go for a simpler kit with a couple of twin ego twister kit instead shop.freedomvape.eu/epages/es151719.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/es151719/Products/509along with this mini evod kit(for work as i work outside thought it would be handy) with and couple of extra evod bcc clearomizer from same site eciglondon.com/product/evod-c%20kit same discount as vamo think I spent about the same as you got as a budget. Obviously the vamo is probably a much better piece of kit(wouldn't know for sure as I don't have one) But I've ended up with more clearomizer/carts, think as a beginner this is quite handy as you can switch them over with different liquids in,with out having to clean and dry them out. there's also a good link for a clearomizer/cart mix from denis9t9 on beginners page, hope this is helpful and not to confusing tony

Okay I've bought my Vamo from here: www.hightectrading.com/stainless-steel--v2-full-kit-with-free-pp-608-p.aspNot the greatest looking site, but it was the cheapest by quite a bit and it's covered by paypal protection too. I've also bought a couple of quality spare 18650 batteries. So just the drip tips and liquids to buy now. The 306 drip tips have been mentioned, as well as the need for a 306 atomiser. My understanding is that "306" is a size, and that the Vamo is 510? Also lots of talk about "bridged" or "bridgeless", "drip shields" and a whole load of other stuff I don't understand! Doesn't my Vamo kit already come with an atomiser? Don't I just need a 510 drip tip for that atomiser? Also any recommendations for liquids? I'm looking for a tobacco "amberleaf" like flavour to try, and also a few other flavours - many people seem to like the menthol/blackcurrant/liquorice so thats already on my list.

My Vamo has arrived already, less than 24hrs after ordering - problem is I have no liquids! Very happy with the service from the seller.
Anyway could anyone answer my last questions, so I can order the other stuff?:

Your vamo is essentially just a big battery with a few options. You then need to put something on top like a cartomiser or clearomiser or tank of your choice. The vamo has bith ego threading and 510 threading so nearly all of the above will

The Vamo came with everything you can see in the picture here : www.hightectrading.com/stainless-steel--v2-full-kit-with-free-pp-608-p.aspSo it has an atomiser (or cartomiser or clearomiser or tank - I don't know which it is, or what the difference between them is!) Anyway I've just bought two Bauway-306-LR-Atomiser and two drip tips. I also bought a Vision Vivi Nova V2.5 Kit (I thought I might as well have spares for everything and if I order it together then I save a bit on postage) Just the Liquids to buy now!

Hi Space and welcome to the forum! You have started amassing a great kit there, and I would thoroughly recommend the Vivi Nova - it's a great bit of kit and you can learn to recoil it very easily and cheaply to save money in the future. The atomiser head will last about 2 weeks before giving out, so make sure you order some more once you have decided which ohm rating you prefer. The lower the rating (1.8 ohm) will give more throat hit and burn hotter, but the higher one (2.8 ohm) will give more flavour with a reduced TH. There are some great videos on YT about recoiling Nova heads, and I've only started a couple of weeks ago but have a 50% success rate already! Please keep us posted, and keep asking questions, we're here to help Andy

Atomizer is for direct dripping, you basically get your juice and drip some into the Atomoizer, it's not something you can just sit there with and relax with as you are constantly dripping juice into it. Video here on Dripping: Cartomizer, You fill it up into the cotton wadding and vape away and fill back up when it runs out (when you get a icky taste in a cartomizer it's time to re-fill it)....1 cartomizer can have about a weeks lifespan, depending on how much you use it. www.vapeescape.co.uk/Vaping-Spares/Cartomisers/Video here on Cartomizers: Tanks/Clearomizers hold a lot more depending on what size you get and are very easy to re-fill www.vapeescape.co.uk/Vaping-Spares/Tanks--Accessories/Video here on a Clearomizer:

Thanks Andy, As it happens I did order a spare 1.8 ohm head as well, so that was lucky. Everyone is very helpful on here, and although I did quite a bit of my own research, you guys have been a great help in steering me in the right direction.
I've bought spares etc, because plan to to get everything together and then stop smoking the rollies, so I'm a bit paranoid about finding myself without some part or other and then going to the shop to buy more tobacco!
I've spent £75-£80 so far, so that leaves around £20 of my budget to get some liquids from LTecigs.

Space, you are so right to get a few spares in of everything However, do remember that most of the vendors are brilliant at dispatching same day as order placed, so RM willing you get your items next working day Also if you add your location to your profile, there is a good chance there might be other members near you that could help you out & vice-versa if you run out of anything

Well done Space And thanks for adding your location to your profile We do indeed have quite a few members in the Manchester area. Plus you aren't all that far away from Vape Escape's shop in Heywood - www.vapeescape.co.uk/contact_us.html

I received the rest of my stuff today, but I have a problem - the 306 drip tips do not fit the 306 atomisers? I do still have the two tanks, but this means I can only try two flavours I've tried Licorice/Black Currant/Menthol in the Vivi Nova so far - not too bad, but tastes a little "burnt" and nowhere near as "fruity" or "sweetlike" as I was expecting.

They should just push over the atty space. They are a tight fit mind. Maybe you have the wrong drip tips? Sent from my Galaxy Note 2
