Hi, where can i get a DIY mod box kit in the UK? I would like to give it a try and it looks simple enough. I want to start off with something simple and then maybe go on from there. Once I know what I need to buy I could then look for parts on other sites.

Get some battery connectors from Cloud 9 or LF. Then you'll need a switch, make one or go online to find one. Maplin do them too. Then all you need is something to put it in. Simple box mods don't need many parts and there are a lot of places to get the bits.

As far as I'm aware, the isn't a UK vendor that does a single DIY kit. Ebay is good but of course the complete set has to be bought from several suppliers. RS are expensive... slightly cheaper is RapidOnline but only worth it if you're buying in bulk as postage is steep. If you want a DIY kit, drop me a PM... I'm happy to supply everything you need apart from the atty connector but once I've run out of spares, then the offer will cease. Sean |
