Get yourself off the stoopid step Hanow. The F'Art (as it is affectionately known) flavourings are almost all great for vaping. I believe there are a few exceptions as those with sugar and/or colourings will knacker your atty (but all juice does as well!) but I'm not sure which they are! There are mixing calculators www.todmuller.com/ejuice/ejuice.php and www.tji-java-ide.com/e-cigarette/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=88 and I believe there is a mixing app for the iphone as well! Personally, I am crap at it I have a box of F'Art flavours on my desk, plus the strong nic juice and vg, but it all just sits there, taunting me. One of the best tips I have seen is to try mixing your flavours using just VG (which you can buy a large bottle of in Boots for just a couple of quid) and try vaping that for flavour before making the mix with the more expensive nicotine. You can still vape the no nic mix. The same person suggested direct dripping the glycerin onto the atty and 'smoking' off the previous flavour to clean when swapping flavours. That's not a very detailed reply, but I am far from expert on the subject!

Jaki - that's great info too. Gosh, such a lot to take in, so hank heavens you lot know what is what. We newbies would be really fumbling around in the dark - and rushing back to real fags before binning the e-cig stuff as yet another waste of money in an effort to give up. You are all at the top of my Xmas list.

Mixing !! Mixing !! We don't need no stinking Mixing !!
Seriously Dude/Babe, I don't understand why anybody would want to waste time and energy attempting to DIY - just order in some ready-made stuff and if you need to, add a few drops of food flavouring to it !!
I quickly got bored of all the Tobacco flavoured Juice I had - so I simply drop a little vanilla essence or banana or strawberry etc to get a lovely smokey, sweet n sour Vape !! That's as much mixing I've ever done, and will ever do !!
I like to keeps things as simple as possible - not just for myself but so I can convince any/all the Smokers I meet to try coming over to the "Light Side" ...... making it all sound so complicated, really does put people off / light a fag !!
PS - Chrissie, the prices are unbeatable - but their shipping charges are the exact opposite of cheap! However, if you order in bulk, it's very very worthwhile!
PPS - Babe, how do I use smileys and how can I add my pic?
PPPS - Thanks for the welcome!

Perfectionist, you are clearly a seasoned vaper. I am a newbie and as yet haven't got a clue what the stuff I am vaping comprises. I am assuming it is clever scientific stuff - and I was never very good with that! I still have wholly understood what in the juice creates the vape, and why some juices seem to vape much better than others. Would be great to 'doctor' juices myself by experimenting with flavours - 'cos that's how I cook.

I have bought LorAnn and Decadent Vapours flavourings from TW but have not been enamoured of either of them. I'd be "in" to contribute to a bulk order from F'Art if we find an Administrator. (As usual, it won't be me cos I'm still so unreliable ) scylla

perfectionist to find the smilies etc, click on reply rather than quick reply To add an a avatar , check out post #2 on this thread : - allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=488Hope you don't mind me saying that, in some ways your sig re Flavour Art is a tad misleading as that is the price for their e-liquid without any nicotine in it ?, plus of course, as you say, there is the postage cost to add on. The price goes way up if you need a high nic juice. As for Light In the Box - I'm guessing that's Dekang?

The only 'mixing' I do is to make some 'no-nic' juice using just glycerine and regular food flavourings (sugar free). I did get some from FlavourArt but the postage made them pretty pricey although far far cheaper than buying the diddy little pots available from most e-juice suppliers in the UK. Like Perfectionist, I also add flavouring to juices I don't like much, ie/coffee or aniseed and it saves waste. I couldn't really be bothered with all the fiddling around that mixing e-juice entails - being a clumsy so-and-so I would waste so much valuable juice by knocking bottles over! Fox

mixing all depends on the strength of the flavouring typically my flavours will allow me to use 30% FLAVOUR THEN THE REST NIC AND BASE ..... different flavours and flavour suppliers can be different concentrations there for unless directed by the supplier it is just trial and error too much it will taster real nasty plastic y chemical too little it will taste like watered down diluting juice if you understand what i mean............. even tho it will cut my business drasticly i wish you all the luck mixing...... once you get a hang of it and get it right you are gona have a ball making up your own recopies ... Hi James - you are popping in! How is the holiday going? Don't think you stand a chance of loosing much business from us dedicated Paradise lot. You do the job far too well. For me it isn't a need to mix, but perhaps to change a flavour. I am currently mixing L and B with some enjuices. Have decided that morning is for tobacco (flavour), afternoon for fruit, and evening coffee. Hope you have noted all of that Mister.

I just wanted to clarify what they were for - and it seems both - vapering and food. Really fancy trying some for baking and choccie-truffle-making. But being able to add a bit to your juice, better still.
