Not sure you would, most folk run & hide, especially if they've crossed seen me before in it!! BTW, don't forget, they do battery Xmas lights now, ideal for Chrimbo shopping!

I was really shocked at how heavy it is. Apart from the motor it has two very heavy slide out batteries. We will have to buy a ramp to get it in the Dolly bus. The lady at the shop said that because we are paying for the chair out of our own money I could possibly get a grant to have a hoist fitted in the car, but I am not sure who to apply to. I will phone my occupational therapist tomorrow.

They can be heavy, that's why I suggested one like mine, as the powerpack can be remotely driven on it's own. Did I send you the link for ramps?

Trouble is Jess, I need the back of the chair to be like the one I am getting in the photo. Because I had the prob in my spine in two places that type of chair is the only one I can use. The rest give me pain after a short while.
