I think once I get to ordering the Riva I'd like to go down the rebuildable clearo route? I like the look of the Ego V3. Is this a good way to go? Seems to be a nice easy approach especially with a pack of 5 heads for under £10. What ohm rating would I get though? 1.8, 2.4 or 2.8? They're a good start, but Evods are better In general, the lower the ohms, the stronger (hotter) the vape, so you may want to go for 1.8 if you like baccy flavours, 2.4+ for fruits, desserts etc. which are more sensitive or delicate.

nfollows1982The clearo in the kit you got is rebuildble. (its a v3 clone - possibly identical) You can get prebuilt heads quite cheaply, but I rebuild / rewick / recoil (whatever you want to call it). You can get a mile of wick and a mile of wire for the cost of a pint. Chuck in less than a fiver for a multi-meter - job done It takes about 20mins first time, now about 4mins, and its really easy. Plenty of vids out there, or help on here if needed.

Welcome. I'm sure everything is being answered for you as you go along.
Vaping works out good value in the long run, although I (like many) did spend quite a bit on building my collection of hardware.
Long-term it's a little cheaper for me than even roll-ups, which were way cheaper than buying 20 packs.
I buy £7.50 worth of juice a week and if that's it, that's it.

Yeh you can make vaping as expensive or as cheap as you like. If you recoil your own, and make your own juice, you can get it to less than £20 a month (after your initial outlay). Or you can use it as a hobby, and spend your savings on new gear, flavours etc. The most expensive part, is the experimenting, finding your personal best set up and favourite juice. But once your there, the savings are huge, if you don't do as I do and spend almost all the savings on new gear
