Should have just bought a Vamo *fuming*

So my Kamry K200 arrived this morning, it was fine for 25 puffs and then it refused to recognise that my Evod was on it anymore and I just had 3 lines on the screen. Spent most of the afternoon fiddling and trying to get it to work to no avail. It won't recognise any of the Evods we have or the clearos. My Vivi Nova worked for 5 puffs and now it won't recognise that. It's also telling me that a battery that is fully charged is empty.

I ordered it from Fasttech, what do I do now? I'm fuming i've waited 2 weeks for this to arrive and now it's faulty.

Fasttech seems to have a pretty decent returns policy. I would just return it to them for whatever refund I could get and keep away from Kamry electronics stuff..

Many of their electronic mods have issues.

Make sure the centre pin hasn't been pushed down collie........it might not be making contact with the atty's.

Tried that Chris, It seems like an electrical issue of some sort because it was telling me that a fully charged battery was empty, unscrewed the base, put it back on again and it told me it was full again. It worked for 2 puffs then went back to 3 lines on the screen again.

Ok, in the instructions it says "LCD screen shows battery --- when there is short circuit of the heat coil while smoking, smoke oil does not work this moment" ??? Can anyone translate ???

If you have a short circuit it won't work

edit, I mean on the coil, not the mod... which you may have collie

It's saying there is a short on everything, Evod's, Vivi Nova, V3's. They all work fine on the Mr's robust rider and my ego batteries but the Kamry K200 tells me they all have shorts.

No, I'm telling you what the manual says, it says that if there is a short on the coil, then it won't work, even if you have battery power.

It could just be a resistance problem on your mod, but as it's new, I wouldn't do any messing about with it, just try to get the best return policy from Fasttech you can.
I think from what I read they are really good, but this is the reason I will only buy from the UK.

It is sounding a bit like the Vamo "02" code. Is it a gold coloured spring collie? Does the battery rattle if you shake it?

I was looking at them. The design looks good but I was put off because there was a lack of reviews on them.

Gold coloured spring and no rattle from the battery, the fire button rattles but not the battery.
