Oh No, please help

My intro viva battery is not working. The light comes on but no power at all. Have tried to recharge it, in case it was that, but doesn't even go into charge mode, just stays blue. I have 3 spare clearos and have tried them, also have done the screw driver trick.

Am sweating with worry as my spare battery is not due until tomorrow. What could be wrong do you think. Have had it for two months but only physically started to use it last Wednesday, plus if it had stopped working would the light even come on.

Gutted is an understatement.

Is it 3 click or 5 click to turn on? some of them light up even if they ain't been powered up.

Please don't take this the wrong way but have you turned it on with the right amount of clicks?

Hi guys, it's a 5 click, it will click to come on, then 5 click to turn off. When on no power at all, and will not charge just stays blue. It might have lots of charge but have been up since 6:30 so surley it would need to re charge, even if only for a minute?

Yes, I tried that. Starting to get frustrated now. Will be a flamming long time to wait till tomorrow, for my new one.

My OH a long time ago had problems with charging her battery via usb to a p.c (Don't know if you have done yours this way), even though it showed fully charged and everything it was not so i plugged it into another power source and it charged correctly this time.

Have the clearos been tested in anything else, could be a bad batch but very unlikely as all three of them don't work.

Have you gave all the connections a good clean, i.e battery pin at the top?

When you plug the battery into the charger what color is the light? green or red?...also does it flash when you plug it in, if so what color?

When I plug into the charger it stays green. Normally my blue on button flickers, then if flashes red/green, then stays read till charged. Have unfortunatley just nipped out for 10 menthol. So gutted with myself but have got myself all silly and stressed at the thought of no nicotine till tomorrow. Just got back, so will go and pin prick.

siffy try and prise the pin up on tge charger as well as sounds like it isnt charging. Also as rom said clean contacts well on chargwr and battery.

Yes siffy. Dont despair just yet though. Are you charging it via usb on your laptop or pc or via a mains plug?
