Wow good on yer siffy, you really are very brave & clever, I have one of those blister packs just as a back up, I leave it in my handbag that goes everywhere with me, then if my Riva runs out of charge while out or some other crisis happens I have a spare to fall back on, plus as the blister pack comes with a USB charger I have a spare of those too now I just need spares to back up my spares

Go girl Seriously it might be an idea to invest in some IPA - isopropl alcohol which is an electronic solvent/cleaner just in case you do get a juice leak into your battery, give it a liberal spray into the contact, upside down to drain then let it dry . . . . . . but backups are good too As for recoiling it's a doddle, even for us older blind, cack-handed members Moggy . . . . . I haven't forgotten you know

So...he he he, when you say recoil, what am I recoiling, is there an idiots guide video for me. Oh my life, the termanology I am using now, and the thing is I'm starting to understand a bit of it. Who'd have ever thought it!...lol

Well done siffy
Here's the lesson, not just you, BUT ALL NEW VAPERS
You MUST have spares! at least 2 batteries and at least 2 new atomisers/clearos!

Oh my life I was sweating when it wouldn't fire up. I got to the point, when I attempted to take it apart, that in for a penny in for a pound! Would be no worse off as it already wasn't working. Honest to goodness I could not believe it then worked, phew. What I will do is save telling my dad the story just yet, might put him off, I know what he's like. He is getting the Evod deluxe starter kit, that you told me about, that has a spare. Once it's in his hands, and he is happliy using I will spill the beans. Just hoping Adam78 see's this too now, he posted a link of spare evod clearomisers, from china. Although I ordered 5 spare attys I want a couple of them in stock now, leaving nothing to chance!...lol Plus that can lead me to question how to sample new flavours. Taste buds already going off the Winson and B&H flavour. I'll open a new thread on that after dinner.

Who'd have ever thought it!...lol You can get IPA from maplins not fantastically cheap but a 400ml will last for ages, this place do it as well & sometimes they have offers on for free postage. cpc.farnell.com/Re recoiling, your basically replacing the wick in the clearo under the white silicon cap in the tube, it has a fine wire coil wrapped around it, this makes up the heating element, if you look on you-tube there are probably 100's of vids, just look for recoiling a CE4 or Vivi Nova, the principle is exactly the same on both. Wick & wire can be bought easily enough & lots of the vendors on here sell it, it basically works out a lot cheaper then buying new clearo's or even replacement heads, but you do need to make sure that the clearo's you have are rebuildable first . . . not all are.

One little thing to bear in mind that i have found with the evod it also has a centre post that can be pushed in too far so if it stops working also bear in mind that you can pull the centre post down just like on the battery to make the conection, other than that i have not heard of any other problems with the evod Even now i find i have 5-6 atties of all discriptions with different flavours in and i just use which one i feel like at the time, for instance i find menthol gives me heartburn if i use all day so only use it for an hour or two if the mood takes me. You can buy a dripper many different ones first two will take maybe 5-10 drops allowing you to vape for a while last one only takes 2-3 drops which will run out quite quickly, be warned strong flavours like menthol are hard to get out of the atties once used so keep a tank just for menthol if thats what you like ,other easier flavours like sweet flavours should just wash out. www.vapegear.co.uk/product/igol www.houseofmods.co.uk/SearchResults.asp?Cat=1824 www.vapeescape.co.uk/Vaping-Spares/Atomisers--Cartridges/Bauway-306LR-Bridgeless-Atomiser.html so many things you can try and plenty of time for it all
