Hi and welcome to the forum.
I started out at the beginning of May this year using e-lites and I found the taste of them to be awful, so I switched to 10 motives and their American flavour which was nice but I found I was getting through too many of the cartomisers to be economical. I stumbled across this forum and found that the riva 1100 kit got a good review so I have been using that since around mid May, the great thing about the riva is you also get a atomiser (a clear tank) which you can fill will 'e-juice' which works out cheaper in the long run to the point where I think I am using 30ml every 2-3 weeks and the different flavours you can get is staggering.

Hi helena and welcome to the forum. You've already received the best advice above, so it only remains for me to say don't forget we were all where you are now, and can probably answer any questions you may have, please don't be afraid to ask away. Andy

Welcome Helena. Looks like you had all the good advice already.
Go Riva 1100, it will last all day (at least), easy to change flavours/strengths and will pay for itself in a week.
I smoked about 30 a day and struggled at first with a cheap cig-a-like, the Riva saved me and is still going strong 7 months later.

Hello Helena, I take it you have sorted out your gear by now. Just wanted to add that before I started on this vaper caper (having been influenced by the E-Lites advertising) I asked some people that had tried the things. All had returned to ci*****ttes !!! I found this forum, followed the advice, and haven't looked back since. Zero tar for 2.5 weeks. I am now in the process of persuading those same people to try 'proper vapes'.

Hi Helena Welcome to the Forum You'll certainly get lots of advice and ideas from here, my advice would be to check out Vapeland they are a top vendor and are very well priced, get one of thier Vision Ego kits, it's what I started with, and am still using though I've just ordered an MVP from Fasttech. Good luck and hope you get sorted, the sooner you're off the stinkies the better
