Hi everyone, I'm very new to this, in fact I haven't started vaping yet. I've been looking at all kinds of reviews but still a bit lost. To me e-lites seem the best as they're readily available at my local sainsbury (I think) and I read somewhere that you can dial down the nicotine to help you to quit altogether? I'm looking for something fairly quick and easy but cost effective and reusable. Also something I'd only have to charge up at night time. Any advice where to start please? I currently smoke about 18 smooth cigarettes per day and desperate to do something as one upbeat a time I was very fit and active

helenaIf the above kits seem a bit expensive, you could get paradisevapeuk.vstore.ca/egoce5-colourful-batery-blister-pack-p-542.html which isn't quite as good, but still a whole heap better than e-lites. Get a couple, so you can use one while the other is on charge (and it is always good to have a back-up). You'll need juice as well. I'd start with strength at about 18mg, and get maybe 3 different flavours to try, see what you like best.

Hi Helena. What can I tell you? Follow the advice on here and you'll not go wrong. Sadly, my experience with E-Lites has made me the no.1 enemy of this brand. I wrote a good few negative reviews about them (basically accused them of lying about the product and tuning me into a nicotine withdrawal zombie at a cost of £1,000s per year). They then bombarded me; firstly with patronising replies to my posts (about joining their loyalty scheme), then claiming I was not following the instructions. Things got really out of hand when I had threatening emails from review sites. The final straw was when I was asked to provide receipts for the products. I contacted a lawyer. So, there we have it. The sordid truth. Good luck.

Hello & welcome helena As others have said, there are far better & far cheaper e-cigs than e-lites. Whichever you go for, you can "dial down the nicotine to help you to quit altogether" if you want to

I second this post. I tried e lites last year, so hard to get the throat hit, failed miserably using them. Have used the product above and have been very happily cig free for nearly two weeks. In all my years this is the only product that has left me happy to not smoke a stinky. Good luck in your venture.

If you can afford to the second link here is brilliant. I have already upgrated to a spinner battery and the evod, totally brilliant! I like that I can pump up the volume in the morning, for my first vape, then take back to the 3v zone mid morning. Suits me perfectly.
