I imagine it's just that jump from having 2 to having none? Easy for me to say I know, but maybe try it for just one day? Say to yourself just for tomorrow I will vape all day. You might be suprised that it's easier than you think. Let us know how you get on. I was most fearful that the morning stinkie would be the one I could never stop but have suprised myself. Good luck

The other side of it is even if you do just stay having 2 at least you've stopped the others. Either way you're a winner.

The first morning rush can be the hardest to loose ....! first no shame, it is how it is, one way to combat it is to have a vape first before the cig, this way it takes away the rush of the cig, and once the rush from the cig is gone the only thing they do is tase bad....!

I missed my morning feeling but have found the www.vapeescape.co.uk/Vaping-Spares/Batteries--Passthroughs/Vision-Spinner-1300.html, pumped up to the 4.8v sorts this out for me, am able to turn it down to the 3 zone for the rest of the day.

Hello and welcome.

I have to second the advice from pegasus, have a vape handy for first thing in the morning.

Even though I was down to one or two a day after a week on 18 mg I couldn't shift that morning fag.

A 22/24mg hit soon got me off the wake up fag that my mind craved and the smoke after actually started to make me retch after a few days and I've been on 18mg ever since.

Great news bud !! 24 mg first thing in the morning and last thing at night has killed the two sacred fags of the day ... I take my vaping device to bed with me ... So it's there when I wake up .... No need to go downstairs to smoke ... If you crack those 2 you are home and hosed !!

Got a kanger pro tank and some Grizwalds juices - I'm set up now. Might look at variable voltage next month after a bit of research.
