can also be that the vape you are doing is to hot,if what you are using [atomiser] is feeling hot then reduce the volts,or reduce vaping on it allowing the chamber to cool...this will dry throat out basic hot vapour[steam]

I was a bit complacent at first with keeping the battery contacts clean but it would irritate my mouth and give a gritty feel to the vapour. Not saying its your problem but every bit helps

erm not sure what Increase the VG content of your juice.means don't know what Try a bottom coil clearomiser, like an EVOD. means and no idea what building coils, build you own with kanthal instead of nickel wire means. this is probably great advice from expert vapers but I,m afraid I,m pretty new to the in's n out's of vaping but a big thanks anyway

Try taking smaller puffs and blow the vapour out quicker. Dry/sore throat is very common at the start of vaping. My sore throat went on for a while but did pass eventually. You could also try switching to a juice with higher VG content as PG can hit your throat hard or you might be sensitive TO PG.

PG/VG content is usually shown as a ratio ie. 80/20 (80% PG to 20% VG) Try some juices that are more VG than PG.

I would say the single most important thing that kept me vaping was switching to higher vg juice. Without a doubt. When I started I found it really quite harsh on my throat to the point where I wondered if I'd be able to do it. I switched to higher vg juices and slightly lower nic and bingo, not only tonnes more visible vapour from vg but excellently smooth. I would suggest Royal Vapours RY4 or RY4m all of their juices are 30% pg and 70%vg. Here's the link royalvapor.co.uk/ Trust me and give it a shot. Chris.

yeh funny you should say that about pg, when I used pg it made my breathing really weird at times almost like catching my breath so I switched to vg a while ago but total vg and that stopped that from happening. I on 18mg of nic but have bought some 10mg to see if that helps thing is I need the hit of 18mg to keep me off the ciggies cuz at the moment I,m doing both cuz of my throat problems when vaping,
I would say rather then a sore throat its more like a flem build up type thing in the back of my throat I get which makes my throat feel a little sore, maybe it will pass in bit like other people that have had this sort of thing happen
