Have you tried upping your water intake because vaping does dry the throat?

It's worth trying a different technique with vaping maybe Sealover . . . I don't vape as I smoked, I take a few chugs first then hold the vapour in my mouth for a few seconds before exhaling/taking some down. If you're using a VV/VW device it's worth lowering what level you're at, to soften the hit on your throat as well.

I did get bit of sore throat a week or so after full time vaping, my cure was vaping on Boots VG diluted ofcourse with 10% Vodka wiyh no nic or flavours ( worked for me , VG is sold to ease cough/sore throat anyway). so have 2 attys on the go, one with normal e-juice & one with just diluted VG

Could it be something to do with nickel wire in your coil? What set up are you using?

The heat from vapour on top coils made my throat sore, I only ever use bottom coil devices where the vapour has time to cool down, bottom coil cartos(kanger)bottom coil genesis and evods. Lowering voltage or upping resistance will help too, never experienced any soreness from different nicotine strengths but it might be a combination of things. I have a pretty low opinion of Paradise Vape juice for what it's worth, going back a couple of years - they just don't seem to be able to manage long term consistency.

Please let us know how you get on as this problem, if vaping related, it should be easily fixable. I think everyone's given you a plan of action: 1. Try a different juice brand. 2. Increase the VG content of your juice. 3. Try a bottom coil clearomiser, like an EVOD. 4. If you get into building coils, build you own with kanthal instead of nickel wire. (every thing you put on top of a battery has coiled wire to heat your eliquid). Good luck sealover1, keep on with it - you will find the right thing for you - you don't have to suffer. Now you've made such a great start, don't give up on it. And as the forum says, its the cigs you don't smoke that matters, not the ones you do.
